We spent a day in the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon in Nyingchi, crossed the Selaji Snow Mountain, and had a meal in Lulang Town, which was recommended online. We were ripped off! The stone pot chicken was 420 yuan and tasted terrible. It was late when we checked into the Bomi Shell Hotel, but sadly there was no hot water for a shower. The next day we went to Ranwu Lake and checked into the Basu Zichen Boyue Hotel, which was quite good 👍 with four-star standard decoration. The scenery along the way was charming. From March 30, Taohuagou was a one-way street, and we crossed the bridge all the way to Qingduo Town. We could go to the top of the mountain to overlook the entire valley, and the peach blossoms were spectacular!
Bomi Taohuagou is very close to the county town, and we finally felt the breath of the short holiday - traffic jams. Wandering aimlessly beside the farmhouse courtyard, in front of the wooden door and stone railing, I was caught off guard and strayed into the depths of Taoyuan, and was disturbed and captivated by the tranquility and peace in this remote corner. I think peach blossoms in other places are probably hard to see. Wild and rough, that's you; delicate and flexible, that's you; pink and rosy, that's you; tea and snow, that's you; subtle fragrance, that's you; quiet and elegant, that's you; which one is the real you? Maybe, all of them are the real you.
Although the peach blossoms in Taohuagou were a little faded when we went there, it was still very beautiful. The road that stretched for several kilometers was lined with peach trees on both sides. It was really three thousand peach trees!!!

There are a lot of people and a 30-yuan ticket is required to enter, but there are many peach trees outside the scenic area. If you don’t want to go in, the peach trees outside are also very beautiful.
Taohuagou is the legendary opening place of Nyingchi Peach Blossom Festival. I was really disappointed. Except for a few peach blossoms in a small park, there was nothing else!

Nyingchi peach blossoms can be found in all counties. Among them, the Peach Blossom Valley in Xumu Township, Qingduo Town, Bomi County stretches for 30 kilometers and is known as the longest Peach Blossom Valley in China.

The existence of these wild peach trees is actually quite miraculous, and they are probably only preserved in Tibetan areas. (Maybe some beautification filters have been added~) The locals live a relatively "green and environmentally friendly" life, only getting what they need from nature, and returning to nature after death.
Nyingchi in March is immersed in the colors of nature. Looking up, you can see the pink and white peach forests, emerald green willow branches, azure blue river water, dark green mountains and snow-capped mountain peaks... forming a natural picture.
In spring, Nyingchi is full of flowers and plants. The snow-capped mountains and blue sky of the holy land are reflected in the original rural scenery that is better than that of the south of the Yangtze River, just like a paradise. The peach blossoms here are not planted or trimmed deliberately. They quietly take root on the banks of the Yarlung Zang River in the years that no one knows about, and quietly bloom in this snowy plateau with a whole spring as bright as clouds.

Now that you are in Bomi, you can see beautiful peach blossoms in any village at any time. The villagers will charge you 5 yuan, and you can go into the green barley fields and take pictures as you like.

Bodui Peach Blossom Valley, also known as Qingduogou Peach Blossom Valley, is located in Duomi County, Nyingchi Prefecture. It is recognized as China's No. 1 Peach Blossom Valley, with peach trees stretching for 40 to 50 kilometers across the mountains. It is said that more than 70% of the peach trees here are over 300 years old. There are wild peach trees all along the way, with glaciers in the distance. The peach blossoms here are the most beautiful, most wanton, and wildest in Nyingchi Prefecture. What's more valuable is that compared with the reputation of Gala Village, this place has not been overdeveloped and most tourists will not visit it. It can be called a real paradise.
Every year in late March and early April, the Linzhi area in Tibet becomes a real paradise, with beautiful wild peach blossoms blooming everywhere. A sea of flowers, continuous white snow-capped peaks in the distance, patches of pink peach blossoms, green barley fields, beautiful Tibetan houses and winding rivers form a fairyland-like picture.
Today we came to Taohuagou in the west of Bomi City, which is close to the ruins of Garang Palace. It is said that the entire Taohuagou is nearly 50 kilometers long. Like Nyingchi Taohuagou, all the peach trees are wild, and peach trees more than one meter thick can be seen everywhere with full flowers. Unlike the peach trees in Nyingchi Taohuagou, which are mainly distributed on a hillside, the peach trees in Bomi Taohuagou are as far as the eye can see along the road and the river. If the peach blossoms in Nyingchi give people a sense of grandeur, then the peach blossoms in Bomi give people a sense of spiritual pleasure.
On the way to Taohuagou, the peach trees are stacked one after another, with various shapes and forms. In the distance are continuous snow-capped mountains, and in the near are blue or green tributaries. However, when we really arrived at Taohuagou, the scenery was not as good as on the way. The electric poles and shrubs made Taohuagou look a bit messy. In addition, the peach blossoms in Taohuagou were already in their final days around April 5, and the color faded a lot, and some of them were sparse and withered.
We went there during the Peach Blossom Festival. The snow-capped mountains, green land and peach blossoms were absolutely beautiful.
In late March, we went on a self-driving tour of Nyingchi with a group of friends. This is very important because there is no shuttle bus to Taohuagou. The chartered tour bus will only stay at the entrance for a while and will not go deep into Taohuagou. The characteristic of Tibet tourism is that the most beautiful scenery is on the road. At that time, we accidentally broke into Taohuagou and saw the beautiful scenery, so we drove all the way in. There are peach trees under the high mountains on both sides, and the peach blossoms are very beautiful. Therefore, the colors of pink, green and white complement each other, and it feels like being in a paradise!
The peach blossom valley near Bomi is called Bodui Peach Blossom Valley. It was late when we went there, and the peach blossoms were not very bright, so the photos were not bright enough. You can imagine how beautiful they are when they are in full bloom! There is a road leading in, with snow-capped mountains as the background and a verdant river in the middle. In front are peach blossoms and a pony leisurely eating grass. It's beautiful!
Bomi Garang Peach Blossom Valley is known as the world's largest wild peach blossom valley. It is about 80 kilometers long and has several villages. The wild peach forests all over the mountains look particularly beautiful against the backdrop of the snow-capped mountains. Due to time constraints, we only went forward about 30 kilometers and turned back. We came to Linzhi for many days and agreed that it should be the first choice for viewing peach blossoms in Linzhi.

This place was actually discovered by everyone after Gala Peach Blossom Valley. Because there were too many people going to Linzhi and it was quite crowded, many photography masters found this one in Bomi. Not only is the scenery beautiful, but there are not many people. So it is highly recommended to go here now. There is no entrance fee here for the time being, which is very awesome.
There are many accommodation options, such as Bomi County, Gangxiang and Guxiang are all very good places.

Go west along 318 for 10km from Bomi County and head north to the most beautiful Peach Blossom Valley in my heart. I went to Nyingchi in April 2015 to see the peach blossoms. Unfortunately, some of them had already fallen when we arrived. But we took a lot of photos in the peach garden in Gala Village (ticket 20) and the surrounding areas. We walked from Bayi Town to Baji Village. A puppy followed us all the time. It took us 2 hours to walk nearly 12 kilometers. We met many cyclists and unattended Tibetan pigs along the way. We passed through Ouba Village, but didn't see anyone. We took a van on the way back, which cost 10 yuan per person.
Taohuagou is a tourist attraction with many people. Although the peach blossoms seem to be well-organized, they are still not as good as the peach blossoms on the road. There are peach blossoms everywhere in Linzhi. If you drive or rent a car, just go down and play when you see the flowers (as long as they are not fenced off by other people's homes)
