Also known as Hongshan Grand Canyon, Bayingou Grand Canyon, and Wusu Grand Canyon, it is also an undeveloped natural primitive tourist resource, with an altitude of 1,300 meters. The latitude and longitude of the shooting location are: 44°06'21.0"N 85°06'19.0"E. When you get there, you can feel what it means to be a work of nature, and all text descriptions become pale and powerless. The magnificent Grand Canyon was once published on the cover photo of the 5th issue of "National Geographic China" in 2015.

By Free Foshan plum |

Anjihai Grand Canyon, also known as Hongshan Grand Canyon, is located in the geological fault zone at the northern foot of Tianshan Mountain, west of Anjihai Town, Shawan County. The Anjihai River originates from the Tianshan Mountains and rushes down like a horse that has escaped from its bridle. After years of scouring, it has rushed out of the Tianshan Canyon near Tonggut and formed a large-scale impact fan under the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain. At the bottom of the canyon is the Hongshan Coal Mine. In winter, there are only traces of snow-capped mountains and dark blue rivers, stretching like the veins of the earth, while in summer, there are scenes of construction vehicles rumbling back and forth.

By Incredible |

The cracks that suddenly appeared on the flat ground were also shocking. Carefully moving towards the edge of the canyon, I saw coal trucks running back and forth along the winding dirt road at the bottom of the valley. The river channel formed by the snow and water was also winding and had clear lines. It seemed that someone had made an abstract painting in the canyon. It was shocking! Standing on the high ground, looking at the Grand Canyon extending on both sides, I once again sighed at the vastness of Xinjiang. One province almost covers all the landforms on this planet: snow-capped mountains, glaciers, forests, hills, Gobi, Danxia, basins, grasslands, lakes, and the Great Rift Valley... Although this trip only took a small loop line in northern Xinjiang, I experienced four seasons and saw the diversity of the strata.

I read the travel guide before and found that this place is worth a visit. The wonders of nature created this canyon. I know why travellers strongly recommend this place. It is really unique. The canyon and mountains are very layered. This kind of place can only be seen in Xinjiang, right in the Grand Canyon. I started the National Geographic Series 1 for Qinling Mountains, the drone works of Qinling Mountains. I want to say, kid, you still need to practice more.

Canyons are usually in mountainous areas, but the Anjihai Grand Canyon is a large rift valley located in the plains. So we drove to the indicated location according to the navigation but did not see the Grand Canyon. We asked a local Uyghur girl passing by on the roadside and found out that we had passed it. When the navigation was about to indicate the Grand Canyon, there was a coal yard and several yurts on the left side of the road, which was the Grand Canyon. We turned around and went back to find the coal yard and yurts, but still did not see the Grand Canyon. It turned out that we needed to park the car on the side of the road, walk along the grass, and walk to the edge of the canyon to see it. The canyon is still very spectacular. In particular, the scenery of coal trucks in the canyon struggling to climb the mountain road from the bottom of the valley to transport coal can be said to be a feature of the canyon.

The colorful Anjihai Grand Canyon is a photographer's dream place. There are breathtaking cliffs and fascinating red mountains. You can even drive your car to the edge of the cliff and feel a passion that is hard to find in daily life...

Everything here is inseparable from the booming mining industry. Even the road leading to the Grand Canyon is the only way for ore trucks. If it were not for the mineral deposits, such a magical place would definitely not have entered people's vision now.

The beauty here is so pure that you can feel the power of nature at a glance...

Dyed with bright colors, the mountains and rivers become extraordinary, but when winter arrives, the wind blows and it is really cold!

This is the view from the most classic observation deck, it’s awesome!

The scouring of flowing water and the erosion of wind over thousands of years show that nature is truly an all-round artist.

The riverbed in winter looks particularly beautiful, drawing melodies on the white background.

The soil under the snow should also be red.

Anjihai Grand Canyon is a free tourist attraction in Kuitun. The place where you can see the panoramic view is close to a cliff and is very steep. The cold wind blows and your feet become weak. If you take a wrong step, you may lose your life. The geology is unstable when installing a fence. After much consideration, no developer dares to take a bite of this piece of fat meat.

In the canyon, large mining trucks climb up along the zigzag road, showing a clear drop and a particularly impressive momentum. Compared with the Yarlung Zangbo River Canyon, this canyon has snow-capped mountains in the background, but the side view of the Anjihai Grand Canyon shows that the canyon walls are more steep with gray-white and reddish-brown contrast.

This place is actually not considered a scenic spot. Not many locals know about it and there are almost no tourists. Because it has not been developed, the navigation only shows the approximate location. It is completely invisible when driving on the road because the two sides of the canyon are on the same level. Only when you slowly walk to the edge of the cliff will you find a large canyon suddenly appear in front of you. This is a huge and deep space and a colorful oil painting world. This scene is so shocking that it is beyond description. Glancing down, I can't help but shiver. The canyon is hundreds of meters deep, accompanied by such vertical steep walls, which brings a strong visual impact. Coupled with the sand and gravel layer that does not look too hard, I am worried that it will suddenly collapse.

By Sunlight |

The walls are almost vertical, covered with vertical gullies that look like they were cut by a knife or an axe. Below the cliffs is a wide and deep canyon. Looking from afar, the flat riverbed at the bottom of the valley is intertwined with thin and soft braided streams. The vast Gobi behind, the rolling mountains opposite, and the snow-capped peaks that reach the sky are magnificent and amazing!

I pulled my feet back in fear and called my family over. My legs were weak as I walked on the vertical cliff. I couldn't help but step lightly, fearing that the slightest vibration would cause the loose sand and stone structure of the cliff to collapse.

When we arrived, there were no cars or tourists. Just as we were leaving, three or four more cars arrived and more people came. I personally think this canyon is worth seeing if you have enough time, but people with acrophobia should be careful! When we arrived, the light was too strong, everything was illuminated white and lacked a sense of layering, but it was still shocking. I think the color saturation of the mountain is high and the sense of layering is strong under the setting sun in the evening, which will be more spectacular visually.

The main road was newly built this year and the road condition is good. It is not a formal scenic spot yet, but a sign has been erected saying it will be developed soon. I hope that future development will not destroy the original ecology here, but will only make it more convenient and safer for tourists to visit. The weather was not good at that time, but when I saw it for the first time, I felt that it was really worth coming. The photos cannot reflect the shocking feeling brought by the actual scene. The special landforms and rich colors form a unique landscape. I was not sure whether it was worth taking a day out of the tight schedule to come here, but I was finally tempted by the sentence that described the Grand Canyon as "like a painting flowing out of Van Gogh's canvas" and insisted on coming. Facts have proved that everything is the best encounter during the journey.

This is a free attraction. There are many canyons on the Tianshan Mountain side. The Anjihai Grand Canyon and the Dushanzi Grand Canyon are more famous! The master recommended that this canyon is more spectacular.

Standing on the top of the canyon, you can feel its majestic momentum! The walls are steep and there are crisscrossing rivers at the bottom of the valley.

Standing on the edge of a cliff without a guardrail really tests one's courage. At one point, my legs became weak and I almost didn't have the strength to retreat.

By Yvonne Yang |

Anjihai Grand Canyon - the river and canyon flowing out of a "modernist abstract painting". The huge height difference dazzles everyone standing on the edge of the canyon, but they are also unconsciously attracted by its colorful appearance. It is really shocking!

When I was driving on the road to the canyon, I was extremely nervous. I thought it must be a winding mountain road, but the result was shocking. The canyon is actually right next to the straight and flat road, and the car can drive all the way to the edge of the cliff. Because it is an undeveloped tourist attraction, there is no entrance fee. It is really worth a visit, but you must pay attention to safety.

By Photography Captain |

Anjihai Grand Canyon is a free and undeveloped scenic spot. There are many grand canyons in Tianshan Mountain, among which Anjihai Grand Canyon and Dushanzi Grand Canyon are more famous. The two are not far apart, so if you arrive at Dushanzi or take the Duku Highway, you can visit them and feel their steepness and majestic momentum.

On the way from Urumqi to Karamay, there is a beautiful place. It is still under development and is an unfinished scenic spot, so! The key point is! No tickets are required! ! Although the journey to Karamay will take a little longer (about 3 hours more round trip), it is definitely worth it! Thanks to the travel friends on Fengwo for recommending it. When I saw the picture, I thought I must go there!

Because there is no photo editing at all, we took the photos with our mobile phones, and we all felt very shocked. If we had brought cameras, the photos would have given us a different feeling.

Standing on a high place and looking down, what we see with our naked eyes is even more shocking. No, the word "shocking" is not enough to express our inner feelings.

We arrived at the location entirely based on the navigation on our mobile phones, and the scenery along the way to Anjiehai Grand Canyon was also great, with very few people and cars, especially near the section of road leading to the Grand Canyon. There were endless grasslands and mountains on both sides of the road, and an endless stretch of snow-capped mountains in front. It felt like driving to heaven, and we were in a really good mood, and we could even take all kinds of road blockbusters!

It should be noted that when the navigation showed that we had reached the Anjihai Grand Canyon, the car was in the middle of a road. We were wondering, how could there be a Grand Canyon in the middle of the road? We were wondering if we were fooled. Then we saw a small group of people and a few cars parked in an open area on the left side of the road, so we drove over to take a look. Unexpectedly, that was the top of the Anjihai Grand Canyon. We had to get close to the edge to see the stunning scenery below.

This is not a famous scenic spot, and not many locals know about it. There are almost no tourists. No tickets are required. You can go and see it by self-driving.

By Doudou Pig |

It was very hot, there was no tree around, and the canyon scenery was average, but the people in the photos looked cool and white, probably because the sun was too strong, which was like giving myself a big reflector, haha

By The era of walking |

Thanks to the introduction of National Geographic China, the first stop of this trip to Xinjiang was truly shocking. The scenery was so beautiful that photos could not express its grandeur and scenery, which could only be experienced on the spot.

By Pippi |

This canyon is very shocking, but when you drive there, don't go straight to the gate of the scenic area. There is a fence inside the gate, and you can't see anything except the stalls that are cheating people. Go back 500 meters from the gate, there is a yurt (for catering and accommodation), but don't go in to eat, drink and live. You can get into the fence 20 meters away from the yurt and the gate of the scenic area, but there are town staff blocking you during the day. The staff gets off work at 5 pm (this is the information I exchanged for Huazi cigarettes), and you can get into the fence after he gets off work and go straight to the Grand Canyon to see. But you must pay attention to safety. The edge of the canyon is very brittle, with a thin layer of grass on it, and gravel under the grass. If you get too close and step on the air, you will definitely be crushed to pieces if you fall down, because the canyon is more than 300 meters high and vertical without a slope.

The Anjihai River originates from the Tianshan Mountains and is located in the geological fault zone on the northern foot of the Tianshan Mountains west of Anjihai Town, Shawan County. It is a geographical wonder eroded by the river channel for billions of years. The canyon is colorful. Like the mysterious Grand Canyon of the Tianshan Mountains, it is one of the many grand canyons of the Tianshan Mountains.

By Jiao Youyou |

The Anjihai Grand Canyon, located on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang, is a wonder created by the magic of nature. The little-known Anjihai Canyon has actually slowly surfaced. As more and more people know about it, the Anjihai Grand Canyon has also begun to be closed for construction. Currently, the scenic spot is not allowed to be visited, and it is estimated that it will become a paid tourist attraction in the future.

Anjihai Grand Canyon is located in the southwest of Anjihai Town, Shawan County, about 50 kilometers from Anjihai Town. This is not a scenic spot. There is a coal mine nearby. Coal trucks shuttle through the canyon every day. If you can't find the way, ask Hongshan Coal Mine and you will find it. The deepest part of the Grand Canyon is three or four hundred meters. Looking down from above, it is very shocking. However, the edge of the canyon is composed of sand and stone, and the cliff is steep, resulting in a loose structure and easy collapse, which poses certain safety hazards. When viewing the scenery here, be sure to pay attention to your own safety and don't get too close to the edge of the rock wall.

The beauty of Dushanzi and Anjihai can only be fully appreciated with a drone; in addition, if you can only choose one of the two canyons, it is recommended to try your luck and go to Anjihai Grand Canyon. The unimaginable scenery will make people unforgettable.

By Argentine Ants |

The creation of nature is lifelike! The Anjihai Grand Canyon is currently closed, but it does not affect the area at all. It is just that cars cannot drive to the edge of the cliff, and it takes a few minutes for people to walk there. The road conditions are very good. Straight asphalt road.

I went there on May 2, 2019. It was spectacular. Very deep and beautiful. It was not developed when I went there. It was a completely wild scenic spot. It has become famous since the release of "Speeding Life". It may be developed into a tourist attraction in the future.

To the west is a folded red and green landform, and to the east is a gray vertical mountain with thousands of gullies. Standing on the edge of the canyon, in addition to being impressed by the uncanny workmanship of nature, you must also be careful of your feet, because it is an undeveloped wild scenic spot and there are no guardrails, so don't let a tragedy happen! Although Anjihai is not as famous as Dushanzi, and the two canyons have different landscapes, if you choose one of the two, Anjihai is definitely better.

By Left ~ |

At first I thought it was a regular tourist attraction that charged admission (after all, Anjihai was on the news broadcast on National Day), but I found a lot of cars parked on the roadside. I opened the map and saw Anjihai - this "wild tourist attraction" has arrived! !

By Individual traveler |

The unique landform of the Grand Canyon is very spectacular. Looking from a distance, the sources of many river tributaries can be traced back to the intersection of the mountains and the blue sky. Turning to the other side, the 101 National Defense Highway stretches among these intricate rivers.

By Quiet |

As a mainlander, it was my first time to see such a big canyon, which was very shocking. In addition, during the hike, the clouds in the sky were moving quickly, forming countless wonderful lights and shadows. Although the hike was very frustrating, this beautiful scenery, as a gift from Xinjiang to me, is deeply engraved in my mind.

By Chen Bing |

I highly recommend it to those who like to take photos, especially to see the grandeur of the Grand Canyon. It just needs the right light to be perfect.

Beautiful! I went there in September today, but unfortunately it was cloudy near dusk 👿

By A little girl who likes to take a long detour |

I watched a lot of videos and pictures about it before I went there, so I had high expectations for it. Fortunately, it did not disappoint me. It seems to have a sense of vicissitudes. Although it is a wild scenic spot, it is very shocking and the terrain is steep.

By The smiling twin princess |

This is an undeveloped scenic spot, and it is not on the tourist route for the time being. If you are with a tour group, you may not be able to come here. You can search and navigate directly on Baidu Maps. The road conditions here are not very good because it is in a coal mining area. It is more than an hour from Kuitun and there are road signs. Not many people know about it. Some photography enthusiasts drive here by themselves. The Grand Canyon on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain in Xinjiang is a wonder created by the uncanny workmanship of nature. The locals also call it Hongshan Grand Canyon because there is a Hongshan coal mine here. However, the shocking effect here can no longer be expressed in words, words, or photos. If you have the opportunity, you must come and see it in person. The feeling of being high above will not calm down for a long time. Even the picky friends said that it was worth the trip to see the Anjihai Grand Canyon.

By On the road... |

At present, only a very small number of geologists, photographers and outdoor enthusiasts have paid attention to the Anjihai Grand Canyon. This is not a tourist attraction, it is completely free, and there are not many tourists, but there are still a few buses on the roadside. Walking from the highway through an open area, standing on the top of the mountain and looking down at the valley, it is several hundred meters deep, and I feel shocked, and the cold wind makes my back cold. Because the soil layer on the edge is loose and even hollow, you should pay attention to safety when taking photos.

The Anjihai Grand Canyon and the Kuitun Grand Canyon are about 50 kilometers apart and belong to the same region. They have similar geological features and are equally magnificent and stunning. The difference is that the Kuitun Grand Canyon has deep and rich colors, while the Anjihai Grand Canyon is like a palette covered with paint, with extremely rich colors. The rivers cut through the earth, washing and dissolving rock layers of different colors, forming a colorful abstract painting of the earth.

The crisscrossing gullies extend from the edge of the canyon to the bottom of the valley, forming steep "peaks". The "peaks" are made of sand, gravel and soil, ranging from hundreds of meters high to tens of meters low.

The red-bed landforms constitute the "color skeleton" of the Anjihai Canyon. Every bay here is beautiful and has its own magical features. If you want to see all the bays, you may not be able to walk out of this canyon for several days.

The braided river meanders through the valley, making thousands of turns. On both sides of the canyon are river terraces arranged from top to bottom, rushing towards you like surging waves, fully showing the masculine side of the canyon.

By A person driving a car |

Soon, at a gap in the road, we turned onto an unpaved road, and the spectacular Anjihai Grand Canyon appeared before us. The wide river channel scoured out steep mountain walls, which were magnificent and spectacular. The loess and rocks on the surface revealed a sense of age, which was amazing.

Anjihai Grand Canyon is an undeveloped place with few tourists. Most of them stop by when they drive by themselves like us. Several sections of the county road leading to the canyon are still under repair. There are no facilities or paved roads around the canyon, so if you want to go here to explore, you must pay attention to safety.

There is a winding mountain road from the top of the canyon leading to the bottom of the valley, which is quite deep.

The side view shows the depth of the canyon. The steep cliffs and jagged rocks make it look like an abyss. The little red dot in the upper left corner is a tourist who happened to see it.

How to drive to Anjihai Grand Canyon? Enter "Anjihai Grand Canyon" in the Amap navigation and follow the navigation. You don't need to study which road to take and where to turn! ! ! ! (When I checked the guide at the end of September, I saw some netizens saying that Anjihai Grand Canyon is Hongshan Grand Canyon. Baidu Encyclopedia also said so, but the navigation said two different places. I was very puzzled at the time ( ̄▽ ̄))

By wynne |

This canyon was an unexpected surprise for us, and it is only more than an hour's drive from Kuitun.

I was shocked when I saw it for the first time. It is completely different from Dushanzi Canyon in style. The color contrast of the whole canyon is strong and the visual effect is very shocking.

There are so many mosquitoes here.

The group is my group, the meat is my meat, and needless to say, such beautiful photos are definitely not taken by me. After being lost in Kuitun for an hour and a half, we finally found the Anjihai Grand Canyon, which the navigation could not locate correctly and even the three local Xinjiang drivers who specialize in running tours had not been to. This attraction was specially added when I made the itinerary, and it was also a surprise for the group members. Listening to everyone's exclamations and watching even the drivers who specialize in running tours taking pictures excitedly, as the leader of the group, I was relieved and peed at the Grand Canyon.

By The Boy Next Door |

This is an undeveloped attraction that does not require tickets. The scenery is so stunning that it is unforgettable. It is as if you have left the surface of the earth and entered an unknown new world in the universe, full of wild colors. The canyon is deep and the rivers are crisscrossed. The most amazing thing is that when we were driving on the road, such a huge canyon was less than 100 meters away from the roadside, but we did not notice its existence at all. It was not until we walked next to it that I realized that my fear of heights was coming back.

By Kindness SARA Cottage |

Anjihai is currently still a low-key canyon, which has not yet been developed. There are no signs along the way and not many tourists. However, it has been praised by foreign explorers and recommended by national geological magazines, and is definitely not inferior to any other scenic spot.

Use a wide-angle lens to capture the panoramic view of the entire canyon, and zoom in to capture the details of the ravines and mountains. The rugged mountains with ravines and the stone mountains behind them form a very rich sense of layering.

To be honest, I was really nervous standing near the edge of the canyon. I'm not afraid of heights, but the geological soil and rocks here are relatively loose, and you can easily fall if you're not careful. I suggest that friends who want to get closer pay attention to safety.

We arrived at the Grand Canyon at noon. If it was morning or afternoon, the sun would shine obliquely, and the light and shadow would be intertwined, and the colors would be more beautiful.

This place is not a tourist attraction, and not many locals know about it, and travel agencies will not come here.

So this has become a paradise for self-driving tours.

My husband has a severe fear of heights. He was extremely scared when walking on the edge of the canyon and would not allow me to get too close.

But... I want to see what's underneath! Visit the wonders of nature and admire the magic of nature.

If you travel with a tour group, you generally won't come to this place, because it is not a tourist attraction and few people know about it.

The Anjihai Grand Canyon is not yet a tourist attraction and has not been developed. However, there are already a lot of cars on the road, all heading for the Anjihai Grand Canyon.

It is because of the short video on TikTok that the Anjihai Grand Canyon has become popular. It is also because of TikTok that it has brought tourists with varying qualities and garbage everywhere, which is heartbreaking!

In fact, the Anjihai Grand Canyon was on the cover of National Geographic magazine in 2015. I also got to know the Anjihai Grand Canyon at that time. No one paid attention to it before. I didn’t expect it to be so popular now…

There are a lot of cars on the cliff, men, women, young and old, and many people asked, is it scary? It is indeed very scary. I dare not go to the edge, and my legs are shaking! I won’t go into details. If you have the opportunity, come and experience it yourself. But I believe that in the near future, this place will be fenced off and turned into a scenic spot! But it’s good to become a scenic spot, at least someone can clean up the garbage here.

Following the navigation will take you to the dirt road for transporting ore, which is close to the bottom of the canyon but very scary. Remember not to follow the navigation to get off the highway, and don't take the dirt road. When you are close to the destination, there is a house of a management station. Take the road to the right of the house and you will reach the viewing platform, which is right above the canyon. It is safe and you can have a bird's eye view of the entire canyon.

The water flowing down from the snow-capped mountains is mixed with minerals from the rocks, making the river at the bottom of the canyon look like gray-black blood vessels, which are hideous and gloomy under the dark clouds. Looking at the entire canyon, there is a sense of tearing, perversion, and extreme, really like being on an alien planet. The gray, green and red mountains of varying shades exude the brilliance of oil paintings under the occasional sunlight. This is a scene that I will never forget, beautiful, shocking and terrifying to the point of suffocating.

This place feels like a hole has been torn in the earth, it is very shocking.

Anjihai was a place that was not in our original plan, but we had heard about it a long time ago. And we happened to pass by here on our last day back to Urumqi, so we came here casually. We were not disappointed and were very pleasantly surprised.

This place still retains its most original appearance and has not been developed into a tourist attraction. There are relatively few tourists coming here.

The correct viewing posture is, of course, aerial photography. The angle of looking down is completely different from the feeling on the ground.

I have seen posts online of people driving to the edge of this cliff, and you can imagine that the load-bearing capacity is still acceptable, but I don’t recommend it, mainly for safety reasons, as the canyon is still very deep.

The navigation will point you to a passage with a very abnormal speed limit. After passing it, the navigation will point you to the wrong road. At this time, the intersection will check the car. You can ask the police uncle by the way. He will tell you a way to go. You have to say Anjihai Grand Canyon! Don't miss the three words "Grand Canyon" or he will think you are going to Anjihai Town. When you arrive at the navigation location, many cars are parked there. If the spot is not good, you can just look at it without staying for long. Keep driving for 3 minutes, and then you can drive in. There is no one managing this place, so you can fly drones at will. Be careful that the soil here is loose and don't walk out of the edge.

It is an undeveloped scenic spot with no fences, so it is still quite dangerous. I usually go there to take a look. Tour groups usually don't go there because it is too dangerous.

This place is not a tourist attraction, not many locals know about it, and there are almost no tourists. It is quite dangerous to take photos here. Standing on the top of the mountain and looking down into the valley, I feel a chill down my spine.

It seems that cars cannot drive directly to the edge of the canyon now. Park the car outside the wire fence of the grassland and walk about 200 meters to the edge of the canyon. Standing on the edge of the cliff facing the canyon with a drop of more than 200 meters, you will feel a chill on your back. People who are timid and afraid of heights should not look at it. There are warning signs on the grassland reminding people not to approach the cliff and stand three meters away to watch. The bottom of the canyon, which is like an oil painting, is extremely spectacular and shocking. It is amazing to sigh at the uncanny work of nature. Drone aerial photography should be the best way to reproduce the magnificent landscape of the Grand Canyon.

Dust was flying as heavy trucks carrying coal to Hongshan Coal Mine drove along the red line with difficulty. Going deeper into the canyon, the Anjihai River flowed quietly, and the red cliffs were particularly bright under the sunlight, forming a sharp color contrast with the gray gravel exposed at the bottom of the valley.

The undeveloped Anjihai Grand Canyon has a vertical drop of several hundred meters. Standing on the edge of the cliff and looking down is very spectacular, like an alien planet.

Tips:

You can directly search for Anjihai Grand Canyon on Gaode or Baidu to get there by navigation.

It is best to fly a drone to take photos when the sun is about to set.

This is the confluence of three rivers, about a hundred meters below the ground level, with nearly vertical cliffs. The cliff faults are composed of a mixture of red sandstone, gray pebbles and silt sediments with distinct colors.

After arriving, park your car aside and go in directly, no charge. But please pay attention to safety and don't get too close to the cliff.

The first time I saw the Anjihai Grand Canyon, I was really shocked. Although I have been to some famous mountains and rivers, this kind of endless scenery is the first time. It is much more surprising than the Badaling section of the Great Wall. There is a winding dirt road on the right, which is probably used for mining.

The Anjihai Grand Canyon has recently become popular on Tik Tok, but it has not yet been developed.

The steep Anjihai Lake makes people afraid to approach it. The naturally formed landscape is completely sublime by the wonders of nature.

This is a place worth visiting. It is primitive and undecorated. Those who have been there once are amazed. I recommend it. The key is that many people don't know about it, and even the locals don't know about it.

We drove all the way from Shanghai to Anjihai, and it did not disappoint us. Kuitun is a half-hour drive away and can be reached by car.

This is an outdoor attraction that was only discovered in recent years. It is a tourist attraction that is not visited by regular groups and does not require tickets. It has a nickname "The Scar of the Earth", which is quite appropriate. If you have been to the Grand Canyon in the United States, you will find that this place is a bit similar, but the color and range are much inferior to Colorado. The degree of natural craftsmanship is not much inferior.

Feel the majestic nature.

See the natural art created by nature.

The awe for nature is beyond words.

Anjihai is a scenic spot very close to Urumqi. It is not charged yet and the scenery is quite beautiful. I recommend it. Take the provincial road from the highway. There is a section of the road with a speed limit of 30. There are many cameras. You can find it by following the navigation.

Although I came here after seeing photos of this canyon, I was still shocked when I saw it in front of me. It is very wide, the rift valley is very steep, and the rivers and mountains are beautiful and colorful. You must walk along the edge of the rift valley. The bright red Danxia landform is just ahead. You can clearly see engineering vehicles pulling ore at the bottom of the valley. It seems to be the Anjihai Coal Mine. In fact, if tourism development is organized, it is so close to Urumqi, isn’t it more promising?

It is difficult to express in words the situation and feeling you get when you are there, so you'd better look at the photos.
