Nine bends and eighteen turns

"Nine bends and eighteen turns" is a beautiful name for the Kaidu River winding on the grassland. Looking up, the mountains are dense with pine trees, layer upon layer, dark green like ink, the peaks are undulating like wind and clouds, and the pine waves are like thousands of horses galloping. Looking down at the mountain, its beautiful artistic conception is like a curtain of oil painting. The winding and rugged Jiuqu River is like a dragon passing through the border. The green willows on the bank are dotted with tall and handsome poplars. The playful wild ducks fly by, and the forest sparrows jumping in the mountains sing in harmony, which makes people daydream... Especially in the early morning or after the rain, the clouds and mist are lingering, making you feel like you are stepping on auspicious clouds and traveling like a fairy.

The terminal of the shuttle bus is still some distance away from the Jiuqu Shibawan Observation Deck. You need to buy a ticket to take a battery car, ride a horse or walk there. We took the battery car to the observation deck. In the distance, you can still see the continuous snow-capped mountains, and the ribbon-like river meanders on the grassland, extending to the endless distance, nourishing this fertile grassland, but because of the weather, it looks plain and dull, not bright enough.

It can be said to be amazing, because there is sunshine. Here, sunlight is by no means an optional embellishment, but an indispensable subject. It can be said that if you don't see the nine bends and eighteen bends filled with sunshine, you will leave a big regret here. The weather is good, and there are indeed many people. A long row of viewing platforms are full of people inside and outside, with long guns and short guns. I also like it very much. I change my camera to mobile phone and then to camera to take pictures non-stop. At first, I took pictures of the magnificent scenery when I first saw it. At that time, the sun was still hiding behind the clouds. Although the sky was bright, it lacked the feeling that the water of the lake was sparkling after the sun came out and sprinkled all over the earth, and the whole scenery looked golden.

In Journey to the West, one of the four great masterpieces of my country, Kaidu River has another popular name - Tongtian River. Legend has it that the "Sun Sutra Island" where Tang Monk went to seek Buddhist scriptures is located in Hejing County, full of mystery. The Kaidu River winding on the grassland is also known as the "Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns". The Tongtian River with Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns, the entire Kaidu River, is 516 kilometers long and has 1,142 turns. It can be said that the winding water flows eastward, which should be regarded as a typical "snake curve". There is a 3-kilometer wooden plank road from the visitor center of Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns to the Basilik Mountain Observation Deck halfway up the mountain. To go to the observation deck, you can choose to hike on the wooden plank road, take the battery car provided by the scenic spot for 20 yuan per person, or ride a horse up the mountain. We only have battery cars when we travel with a group. Standing on a high hill beside the Kaidu River and looking into the distance, the Kaidu River twists and turns like a dream. It is like a jade belt several tens of meters wide winding through the vast grassland, all the way to the end of the sky. Its great bends and dense bends are very rare. What's even more magical is that it is said that on the fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month every year, when the sun sets, people can even see nine suns in the river at the same time! The world-famous nine bends and eighteen turns of the Kaidu River bypass the Basilik Mountains from the south, flow all the way to the southeast, and finally merge into the Bosteng Lake hundreds of kilometers away. We arrived in the afternoon and left before dusk, so we definitely missed the chance to see the flowing river, the vast grassland, the handsome snow-capped peaks, and the white clouds flowing in the blue sky, like a fairyland. This is the beautiful Bayinbuluke.

In autumn, the Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns lost the greenness of the grassland. The dead grass and the eagles circling overhead added a bit of desolation to the scenery. At sunset, you can see nine suns reflected in the water. The scenery is beautiful. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, our group could only enjoy the Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns in the morning.

When standing on the observation deck on the hillside of the scenic area, the Kaidu River flows from near to far to the horizon. This is the Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns, which is "a scene that only exists in heaven and can only be seen on earth a few times." It is like a fairy's ribbon passing through the grassland leisurely. It is said that when the setting sun casts thousands of rays of light on the grassland through the gaps in the clouds, the afterglow of the setting sun will reflect the nine suns shot down by Houyi in the Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns that are like a winding jade belt. We arrived here at noon. Although we regretted not seeing the nine suns, we were slightly relieved by the fine weather.

Recently there have been Double Eleven sellers' and buyers' shows on the Internet. In fact, landscape photos also have different shows. We thought that Bayinbuluke was full of twists and turns, but in fact, the best place is the observation deck. The picture only shows the side observation deck, which accounts for less than one-tenth of the total number of photographers. I can't even squeeze into the real observation deck. Some old comrades here have been standing in the strong wind for five hours, and some of those who play with stacking cameras have replaced two batteries.

Actually there are two rivers at the scene. This river with perfect curve will only appear in August or September when the sun sets from the middle, forming the spectacle of nine suns. Now, there is only a beautiful curve.

[Scenic Area Shuttle Bus] Some people say that the scenic area shuttle bus here leaves at 9:30 at the latest, and the sun sets at around 10 o'clock, so if you can't catch the bus, you must take the electric car at 9 o'clock to change to the scenic area shuttle bus. The actual situation is that no matter how late it is, the electric car departing from the observation deck will definitely pick up everyone from the scenic area shuttle bus departure point, and then the scenic area shuttle bus will send everyone back to the scenic area gate. Therefore, everyone will rush to grab the electric car when the sun sets. As a result, if you queue up 2 minutes later, you will arrive at the scenic area gate 2 hours later (I queued up at 10 o'clock and could not get back to the gate until 12:30).

【Clothing】Before going up the mountain, the driver reminded us many times that there were many mosquitoes due to the strong wind and low temperature, and the actual situation was the same. However, these two things do not necessarily appear at the same time. When we went there, the wind was extremely strong, blowing several layers of dust on the outside of my camera and blowing away the clouds in the sky, so you must wear a jacket, preferably a jacket. But there were basically no mosquitoes. However, after the sun went down, the wind suddenly stopped, and then the mosquitoes came out. The mosquitoes here are so big that they are scary. When they suck blood, you can't shake them off. I wore a mosquito repellent bracelet, but it was useless. So it's best to wear long pants and long sleeves, a beekeeping hat and gloves.

[Camera position] Because I didn't take pictures at the observation deck, I don't know how the effect will be. I stood on the hillside down from the observation deck, the angle was a little low, but fortunately there was a stone to fix it. Looking up, there were people on both sides of the hill. My wife and I were the only two people, chatting, setting up the tripod, and taking a few pictures at any time. However, the wind was quite strong. Although my wife was very supportive, she still couldn't stand it and kept asking me to hurry up.

I personally think that my camera position is no worse than the observation deck, and no one disturbs me, which is really great. This is the place, there is no obstruction throughout the whole process, just be careful not to roll down.

Go to Shibawan~~ After all, we all come to see the sunset. The scenery inside is beautiful. After getting off the bus, there is a shuttle bus for 3 kilometers and a round trip for 20 yuan. We decisively walked to the observation deck~~

The mosquitoes in the grass are scary, there are so many of them... It was a sunny day, just right for watching the sunset. As the sun set, more and more people came to the viewing platform~~

By Master Yipiao |

There are countless springs on the Bayinbuluke grassland, which converge with the melted snow water to form the Kaidu River. The Kaidu River is like a jade belt, winding on the grassland, running through the entire grassland, and we have the scene we see. With the help of the last bit of light, this is the Jiuqu Shibawan I took in the rain. If there is a sunset, it should still be beautiful, right? Here is a clarification: take the scenic area shuttle bus to the third stop Jiuqu Shibawan, but this is not the final viewing place, it is just a stop. To go to Jiuqu Shibawan, you need to pay extra to take the scenic area bus.

By Ferris Wheel |

We got off the battery car and walked slowly along the wooden plank road. Not far away there is a viewing platform, which is crowded with tourists. Walking up and down, you can see the ancient Kaidu River slowly coming towards you from the horizon, forming "Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns". The Kaidu River is like a jade belt, winding and floating on the vast grassland, winding and glittering. It is said that the Kaidu River is the Tongtian River in the mythical novel "Journey to the West", and it is the turbulent river that Tang Monk passed by when he returned from the journey to the West. After flowing through the Bayinbuluke Grassland, the Kaidu River flows to Korla and merges into the Bosteng Lake. The best time to watch the Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns is in the evening, when the afterglow of the sunset is reflected in the Kaidu River, which has nine bends. It is said that when the water volume, lighting angle, and shooting time of the river are excellent, nine suns can be reflected. It was more than eight o'clock in the evening when we arrived, and many tourists had already stood in front of the viewing platform and set up their tripods to wait.

"Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns" is the iconic landscape of Bayinbuluke. Many promotional photos were taken here. It is said that this is the only place on earth where nine suns can be seen.

By Rise from Fire |

There are 13 springs, 7 lakes and 20 rivers in Bayinbuluke Grassland. The Kaidu River winding through the grassland is known as the "Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns". In Journey to the West, the Kaidu River has another name - Tongtian River. Legend has it that the "Shaijing Island" where Tang Monk went to seek Buddhist scriptures is located in Hejing County, full of mystery. The nationally famous Bayinbuluke Swan Lake Reserve is located in the alpine basin upstream of the river, and the tail of the river is China's largest inland freshwater lake - Bosteng Lake.

The Kaidu River, which is more than 40 meters wide, meanders across the flat and vast grassland, like the tears of the Bayinbuluke grassland, pure and unpretentious, quietly nourishing the land.

Standing on the top of Basilik Mountain beside Swan Lake, you can see the ancient Kaidu River slowly approaching you from the horizon. This is the winding river that is said to be "only in heaven, how many times can it be seen on earth". It is like a fairy's ribbon formed by the confluence of spring water and snow water passing through Swan Lake, and more like a holy Hada that God has put on the Emerald Kingdom of Bayinbuluke. When the setting sun shines thousands of rays of light on the grassland from the gaps in the clouds, the setting sun shakes gold, and the winding river like a python reflects the nine suns shot down by Hou Yi.

Most tourists who come to Bayinbuluke come here to take photos of nine suns. But it is not that easy to take photos of nine suns. According to my rough observation, it is directly related to the season, time and angle. There are only a few days in a year when nine suns can be reflected.

Traveling really depends on luck. If it rains or is cloudy, you may be disappointed, but as long as the weather is good, you will definitely have the most unforgettable sunset of this trip. It was completely cloudy when we arrived, but fortunately it didn't rain, and the sunset didn't shine out, hiding in the clouds, so we didn't see the sunset.

By mei |

The Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns is the most beautiful section of the Kaidu River. When the sun sets, the afterglow of the setting sun is reflected in the Kaidu River, which has nine bends. When the water volume, lighting angle and shooting time are all perfect, nine suns can be reflected. But this opportunity is rare, and local herdsmen say that if you can see nine suns, you will have good luck.

By Du Dakan |

The sunset time was around 21:50 on the day we went there. We slowly waited for the sun to set. Although we didn't see nine suns, we seemed to see seven. It was a wonderful thing to see so many people waiting for something wonderful together.

Reminder: The mosquitoes here are super big, please be fully armed.

We hiked to Jiuqu Shibawan and climbed up the high hill beside the Kaidu River to look into the distance. The Kaidu River twists and turns like a dream and is extremely charming. Watching the sunrise at Jiuqu Shibawan, the huge viewing platform, the vast grassland, I was alone, everything was quiet. The sky was gray, and the mountains could be seen vaguely. There were raindrops of stars in the sky, and the river below the mountain had a big S-bend, which was very beautiful. I always wanted to take a picture of it, but there was no suitable position at the top of the mountain. This morning, I went down from the top of the mountain to the bottom by myself. Although it was raining and the sky was full of dark clouds, no matter how the effect was, I took a picture of it after all, fulfilling one of my wishes.

By audreylee |

My personal suggestion is that if you have enough time, it is best to walk up. For people with average walking speed, it takes 30 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. The scenery along the way is very good, with many grasses and flowers growing and blooming. Walking on the plank road, looking back, you will see the endless grassland.

Climbing up the platform and standing at the highest point of the grassland, the beautiful scenery of the winding road suddenly comes into view, which is quite shocking.

The quiet Tongtian River is like a soft white jade belt inlaid on the green grassland. The water surface is as calm as a mirror without any waves. It projects the colors of the sky clearly. With the change of clouds, it becomes a natural painting. There is a poem to record it: "The water is without a trace, and the mountains and waters form a picture by themselves."

If there were only grasslands, perhaps this place would not be so intoxicating. This jade-belt Milky Way falling on the grassland makes the grassland full of lively rhythm.

After arriving at the Jiuqu Shibawan parking lot, you can take the scenic sightseeing bus for 20 to the Jiuqu Shibawan viewing platform, or ride a horse, which seems to be 80 one way. You can also walk. After getting off the sightseeing bus, the staff suggested walking to the left first and then to the right to visit Jiuqu Shibawan.

By Everything is fine |

The viewing platform was crowded with people. I had no height advantage and could only hold up my camera to take pictures. I missed nine suns, so I saw five of them. It was still so beautiful. The sunset was so beautiful when the weather was good. Watching the sunset slowly set, I was relieved from the rush of the day. I couldn't help but sigh that it was so beautiful, and my anxious heart finally calmed down. I heard that the water was very deep, but it was so quiet.

The road to the observation deck is about 3km. You can take a battery car, one-way ¥10/person. You can buy one-way or round-trip tickets at the bottom, or buy tickets directly from the top. If you don't take a car, you can also ride a horse up the mountain. As we have plenty of time, we chose to walk up the mountain. I didn't expect much from the nine suns mentioned on the Internet. After all, it's not so easy for us to hit them. The scenery was enough to meet my previous expectations.

The sunset at the Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns in Bayinbuluke is very famous, which made me think that the sunrise at the Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns would also be beautiful, until I asked the tour guide of the tour group next to me when I bought the ticket: "Miss, is the sunrise here also beautiful?" The other party looked confused... The sunrise and sunset are completely in two directions... I lost to myself, but getting up early is not without any gains. The morning fog in the scenic area is really beautiful and feels like being in a fairyland.

After reaching Jiuqu Shibawan, you have to take a battery car to the viewing platform to see the magnificent scenery of Kaidu River. The winding Kaidu River draws beautiful arcs on the grassland, forming the unique style of Jiuqu Shibawan. The wait is worth it, the sun emerges from the clouds. I have only seen the beautiful sunset of Jiuqu Shibawan in photos before, but I saw it with my own eyes today... It is said that if you are lucky, you can see nine suns in Kaidu River at the same time. A buddy next to me proudly said that he took pictures of five. I didn't see nine, but three or four should be seen.

By Allee |

I advise everyone to buy escalator tickets here. It takes 20 minutes to reach the top of the mountain by taking 14 consecutive escalators, not to mention the climb to an altitude of more than 3,000 meters.

Looking southwest from the observation deck, the Baihe River merges into the winding main stream of the Yellow River. The Yellow River then turns northwest and merges with the Heihe River in Maqu. Soon after, it enters the Qinghai border, passes through Longyang Gorge, Lijia Gorge, Longwu Gorge, and then to Liujia Gorge in Gansu, before reaching Lanzhou.

By Li Xiaomei |

After the shuttle bus reached the mountain, we had to get off and transfer to a small shuttle bus. As it was almost 9 o'clock and the temperature on the mountain was very low, we put on the thin down jackets we had prepared. Surprisingly, the rain that had been falling all day finally stopped before sunset, the dark clouds gradually dissipated, and the sky began to clear up, giving us a glimmer of hope.

The sun broke through the clouds and we were so excited that we almost cried. The sunlight was reflected on the lake, and the nine bends just reflected "nine suns", which was so beautiful that it was beyond words.

“Nine” golden suns are probably the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen.

The place that most people want to visit. The car is still a distance away from the real viewing platform. You can choose to walk, ride a horse or take the scenic area car. We chose the scenic area car because we were in a hurry. It costs 20 yuan for a round trip. If we are not in a hurry, we recommend walking. It is estimated that it will take about half an hour to reach the destination. Unfortunately, the timing was wrong. We arrived here in the afternoon and did not see the legend of the nine suns. This left the biggest regret of this trip to Xinjiang.

By Archangel |

The driver pointed out to me that there is a Love Island in the distance. It really looks like a heart. If I hadn't told you, I would have easily missed it. Who would have left their heart here? Legend has it that it was love. I think it might be the attachment to this beautiful grassland and its sunrise and sunset.

The sky was too clear at the time, with almost no clouds, so we couldn't see the fiery clouds or the golden-rimmed scenery, which made it less gorgeous.

By I'm Wild at Heart |

Many tourists come to see the sunset. If you are lucky, you can see nine suns. To see the nine suns, you must first wait until after 20:30 (the sunset time varies with the season); secondly, you must resist the invasion of mosquitoes, which are said to be very numerous, large and fierce. It was cloudy when we arrived, and there was not even one sun, let alone nine suns; the wind was so strong that it gave me a headache, so when you go to see the nine bends and eighteen bends, in addition to preparing mosquito repellent equipment, you must also wear a hat. When the wind is strong, there will be no mosquitoes, so we did not experience the fierceness of the grassland mosquitoes.

By Echo Zhang |

Everyone knows that when you come to Bayinbuluke, you come to take pictures of the sunset over the Yellow River. This depends on luck, character, and health. Let alone whether you can take pictures of the sunset, the spectacular so-called "nine suns", the bone-chilling cold before and after sunset is enough of a test. The sunset was around 8:15, and some people had already retreated at around 7:00 because it was too cold. We wore enough clothes, and I cleverly prepared wool half-finger gloves bought in New Zealand, so that I didn't freeze my paws off when holding the phone for a long time to take pictures! So: If you want to go to Bayinbuluke to take pictures of the sunset, it's best to prepare a pair of half-finger gloves.

After passing the ticket gate of the scenic spot ticket hall, there is a section of waiting in line for the battery car. I arrived at the ticket gate in the crowd and found out that I needed to buy another ticket. So I went back to buy a ticket and queued up again to get on the battery car. You can walk this section of the road, which takes about half an hour. Along the way, there are flowers, lush grass, pavilions and trails, winding up. It's so beautiful that I feel like I'm floating in the air...

Standing on the top of the mountain and looking west, the ancient Kaidu River seems to be coming towards you from the horizon. This is the winding river that "can only be seen in heaven and can only be seen a few times in the world".

After getting off the bus, we found that there was still some distance to go, so we walked there. It was actually the best to walk there. Along the way, there were grasslands, wild flowers in full bloom, rivers crisscrossing, and from time to time we saw some wild cranes walking by the river! Good scenery should be appreciated slowly!

I've seen photos of the Tongtian River sparkling in the afterglow of the setting sun, the light and shadow are magnificent.

Unfortunately, the weather was not good when we came. It was overcast and we couldn't see such a spectacular sight.

The Kaidu River winding through the grassland is Bayinbuluke's greatest expectation. Its trickling stream is delicate and gentle, just like the Jiangnan region on the Great Wall.

The observation deck was filled with cameras and long guns, all of which were people who were eager to wait for the sunset.

My boyfriend and I squeezed out a small space in the crowd and set up our tripod, but we didn't have much hope for the golden sunlight.

Sure enough, within twenty minutes, the sky gradually darkened.

It seemed that the sun had already set behind the thick clouds. Some people left in disappointment, while others were still waiting stubbornly.

I have experienced too many times of returning home disappointed with high hopes, and I have also seen too many photographers who waited for days and were determined to capture the beautiful scenery.

I always think that loss and gain are both gifts from nature.

There are 13 springs of various sizes, 7 lakes, and dozens of rivers in Bayinbuluke Grassland.

No wonder there are so many mosquitoes here. With abundant water and lush grass, it is the best breeding habitat for organisms.

And from the scope of our vision, the river is like a belt, surrounded by mountains, pure as a newborn baby.

By Osmanthus wine |

It is said that you can see nine suns at sunset, so this is the time when there are the most tourists. The viewing platform is full of people and you can hardly step on it. And sunset is also the time when there are the most mosquitoes. You can slap a mosquito without looking. After spending an hour at Jiuqu Shibawan, my hands are full of blood from someone I don't know. The most incredible thing is that the mosquitoes here can not only bite people through jeans, but even through hiking shoes. I stayed here for an hour, and when I got up the next day, not only my face was swollen, but even my eyelids were swollen and I couldn't open them. I took a photo, but I won't post it here to scare everyone!

The sunset at the winding Bayinbuluke Wetland is indeed amazing, and it is worth our two-hour drive to get there. However, there are too many mosquitoes there in summer. Although we brought mosquito repellent with us, it is not very useful. There are still many mosquitoes biting our bodies and heads, which greatly affects the viewing experience. It is still necessary to bring a hat with a mosquito net.

The beauty of the winding road is difficult to capture with a camera.

When we got to the gate, the rain had just stopped, and we rode on horses (of course, we didn't ride alone) and really felt the feeling of galloping on the grassland, with all four hooves of the horses leaving the ground. It was beautiful! When we reached the top of the mountain, in addition to the beautiful winding river, we also found a large sea of purple flowers.

In the evening, we rode the compulsory sightseeing bus for nearly an hour with a group of crowded people (BTW, you need to buy sightseeing bus tickets for all major scenic spots in Xinjiang), gave up the transfer to Swan Lake and the Lamasery, and what we waited for was bitter wind and rain, and vicious mosquitoes hovering over our heads and bodies like small tornadoes. We were a little upset at this scene...

However, I told myself that the heavens would be moved by our determination and perseverance! Just like Kuafu chasing the sun, we continued to hike to the highest point for nearly an hour in rain and mosquitoes. We wanted to chase the lost nine suns! Many people returned disappointed on the way.

Then, God really sent "Kuafu" to confirm that the 9 suns that were shot down are still resting here, and took some of my favorite shots of this trip to Xinjiang.

It was very windy that day and it wasn't a sunny day. I heard from professionals that the best time to take pictures of the Jiuqu Eighteen Bends is after the beginning of autumn on August 15th. At that time, the sun reflected in the lake is the most beautiful.

Although the wind was a bit strong, the scenery was so beautiful that we really didn't want to leave. Many people crowded on the observation deck and watched the sun disappear bit by bit before we left.

We came to the most stunning Kaidu River Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns [Kaidu River flows through the Bayinbuluke grassland and forms several S-shaped bends on the grassland, which is very beautiful and spectacular.] It is said that if the weather is clear and you find a good angle at sunset, you can take a picture of the reflection of the setting sun on the bend of Kaidu River, forming a landscape of nine suns! However, I only took pictures of three suns.

The Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns of Bayinbuluke are the winding Kaidu River flowing through the vast Bayinbuluke grassland, like a dragon and snake. In the evening, when the sun sets from the horizon, thousands of rays of light shine on the grassland, and the sunset shakes gold. At the most beautiful time, nine suns can be reflected. Therefore, it is essential to appreciate the sunset of the Nine Bends in Bayinbuluke grassland.

The winding river is magnificent, and the quiet river is spread on the quiet grassland. However, this quietness makes you full of reverie. In the reverie, time and space slowly become lively, and the lines of the river extend forward gracefully like ribbons, extending to the horizon.

The most famous thing about Bayinbuluke is the sunset with nine bends and eighteen turns.

Sunset time is generally between 21:30-22:00

If you are lucky, you can see nine suns.

I entered the observation point at 9pm. There were so many people that the good spots were already taken. I stayed there for more than 10 minutes and then rushed back after taking some photos. I saw 7 suns with my naked eyes, but I could only capture less than 3 of them.

We didn't see 9 suns, but 7 suns were already beautiful.

Although I didn’t capture the six or seven reflections of the sun like others, I prefer the beauty of the light at sunset shining on the twists and turns. It is warm but not dazzling, and shows more color changes.

By Y |

It is still very beautiful when the weather is good, but it is very difficult to take photos of the eighteen bends like those on the Internet. You need to use a drone to take them from the air. You can’t see them when standing on the road!

I took a quick look at the Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns, and it was this one that I still remember. The scene was quite shocking, the combination of light and shadow, the blend of mountains and water, it was worth the trip. The sunset here is about 21:30, and many people are waiting for the sunset on the mountain, but after watching the sunset and returning to the entrance of the scenic area, it is at least 23:30. In Xinjiang, you really have to learn to adjust your work and rest time! It should be noted that the last public shuttle bus from the Eighteen Bends Observation Deck back to the entrance of the scenic area is at 22:00 in the evening. If it exceeds this time, you need to call the scenic area vehicle dispatch center to call a separate car, but you need to pay for the shuttle tickets for all seats on the car. The price is very expensive. Please pay attention to the time when you play.

Looking out from the observation deck, the endless grassland below and the winding Kaidu River flowing through it form a grand and magnificent picture against the backdrop of the blue sky.

The magnificence of the winding road naturally deserves the corresponding photography skills, especially the panoramic shooting. When taking panoramic photos with a mobile phone, there is always a missing piece in the upper right corner or lower right corner of the photo due to turning or walking. It takes a long time to take a good photo.

The most spectacular thing about Bayinbuluke is its winding path. I suggest you come here directly to take pictures of the sunset and purple clouds. Believe me, my friend, this is something you have never seen before.

There are many mosquitoes in the scenic area, so it is best to prevent mosquitoes. After watching the sunset, it was already past 11 o'clock in the evening when we returned to the entrance of the scenic area. The temperature difference between morning and evening is large, so remember to bring thick clothes when you go in.

It is said that around the Mid-Autumn Festival, the water volume, lighting angle and shooting time are all excellent. At that time, the afterglow of the setting sun is reflected in the Kaidu River, which has nine bends, and you can capture nine suns!

The most beautiful thing about Jiuqu Shibawan is the sunset. The best time is the Mid-Autumn Festival every year, when the setting sun forms a straight line with the winding river, and nine sunsets will appear in the river. The sunset time in early July is close to 22:00. We went up at 20:00 and waited for two hours just to see the magnificent sunset reflected in the winding river.

The most beautiful place in Bayinbuluke Grassland, many photography enthusiasts take pictures of the sunset here with their cameras and cannons.

By Dear Mr. Yr |

If you have time to watch the sunset, you must choose to watch it here~ Even if the sun hasn't set yet, I still think it's beautiful and shocking~ (Remember to bring thick clothes, it's cold after the sun sets)

The sunset time of Bayinbuluke Grassland is around 9:40 pm. Jiuqu Shibawan is the best place to shoot sunset. It is said that if you are lucky, you can shoot 18 suns. I started walking at around 7 o'clock. A bunch of mosquitoes surrounded me with every step I took. A group of mosquitoes attacked me when I opened my mouth. Due to the strong attack of mosquitoes, I had to go back down the mountain. I admire my friends who can shoot sunset (my friends shot three suns at the sunset of Jiuqu Shibawan)

After entering the scenic area, the sun slowly showed its face. When we reached Jiuqu Shibawan, we could see a little bit of golden sunlight. Although it was not stunning, it was gratifying.

What was surprising was that when we were about to go down the mountain, a large patch of colorful clouds appeared in the sky, reflected in the river, like a golden dragon.

There weren't many mosquitoes here, so I only left my eyes uncovered for safety. As the sun gradually set, I had to dance and jump all the time as I crossed a stretch of grass. I joked that I could make a lot of money if I rented mosquito nets at the entrance of the scenic spot.

Looking up at the high platform in the distance, it was already crowded with people. I thought it was the best viewing spot. We took a different route and found a good location on the edge of a cliff that extended outward. The Kaidu River flows freely on the flat and open grassland, forming nine river bends. If you find the right angle, you can see nine suns in the river bends. The most beautiful scenery requires patience. At the moment when the sun sets in the west, on the quiet grassland, the nine-bend golden dragon winds to the end of the sight, and the geese in a V-shape fly away in the sunset.

This is the bad part of the scenic spot. When you arrive at the destination, you have to buy a shuttle bus ticket in the waiting hall to see the Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns. Wouldn't it be better to add this money to the expensive ticket? Most people don't really care about having a ticket office. Many people waited for a long time at the shuttle bus station before they knew that they had to buy this ticket separately. If it was sunny, it would be fine, but it was super cold outside, so I had to go back and buy a ticket to go up.

The thick clouds pressed down on the earth, which seemed very depressing. Coupled with the cold wind and drizzle, my son lost his patience to appreciate it.

At 21:30 in the evening, the clouds were too thick, leaving only some afterglow. There were too many people watching the sunset. As soon as it got dark, mosquitoes began to rage, so be sure to be prepared to prevent mosquitoes. After watching the sunset, we lined up to go down the mountain, and the line lasted nearly an hour. This way of evacuating tourists is not reasonable.

By Trickle |

It is said that when the sun sets, it is reflected in nine bays, forming nine consecutive suns. The photos in the tourist hall are so tempting

It's spectacular on a rainy day...

When the Kaidu River flows through the foot of the Basilik Mountain, the terrain is flat and the slope is small, resulting in an open river valley and a winding river channel, like a waving ribbon, which is known as the "Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns". At the Basilik Observation Deck, you can see 9 suns (8 reflected on the ground + 1 in the sky) at the right time. There are pictures of 9 suns posted in the scenic area, which are said to be visible in April and October. Now you can see 5-6.

Be careful, it's very cold, bring a thick coat, otherwise you have to pay 50 yuan to rent a military coat, and be careful of mosquitoes, they are big and poisonous, my friend's eye was bitten and swollen. If you are interested in photography, remember to take pictures of the sunset.

It is worth mentioning that, for some reason, there are so many mosquitoes here, so many that I seem to see all the words I have encountered in my life gathered here. My hair, body, and legs are all covered with words. The more tourists there are, the more mosquitoes there are, so you must pay attention to mosquito prevention. The security personnel here all wear mosquito repellent masks. I wrapped mine tightly and was disliked by my friends for being too ugly.
