Nanjianyan Scenic Area

南尖岩景区

The scenic area is not large, but it combines multiple landscapes such as sea of clouds, terraced fields, stone forests, bamboo forests, waterfalls, and villages. It is a popular "photography base" in Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions.
Get up at 5 or 6 in the morning and go to the photography gallery outside the entrance of the scenic area. If you are lucky, you can take pictures of the beautiful scenery of the terraced fields shrouded in clouds and mist in the early morning.
From Guanyun Pavilion, you can see the distant mountains and it is a good viewing platform. Dakeng Village and Banling Village in the valley are connected by crisscrossing ridges, which is very pleasant.

There is a glass bridge on the left when you enter the scenic area, which requires an additional fee. There is an observation deck not far down on the right. The tour route is a circular line, and the scenery you see throughout the whole route is basically the opposite mountain and terraced fields, just from a slightly different angle. If you have limited time, you can just take a look at the observation deck.

The Nanjianyan Scenic Area is a small area, but it boasts a diverse landscape of seas of clouds, terraced fields, stone forests, bamboo forests, waterfalls, and villages. It's a popular photography destination in Zhejiang, where even a mobile phone can create stunning photos.

By Ma Xiaojun DreamAx |

Nanjianyan, located in Shisuntou Village, Wangkoucun Town, Suichang County, Lishui City, is a national AAAA-level scenic spot and an "International Folk Photography Creation Base" jointly awarded by UNESCO and the China Folk Photography Association.

I have traveled to many places, but I have never seen a scenic spot with such rich elements. Specifically, here are many landscapes such as terraced fields, sea of clouds, plank roads, bamboo forests, covered bridges, ancient villages, waterfalls, glass observation decks, etc., forming a magnificent fairyland painting. It is known as the "pure land of utopia where one can forget the worldly affairs."

Walking in the mountains, you can see stalagmites that pierce the sky like the "dream pen flowers" of Huangshan, thousand-foot cliffs, fairy caves, a line of sky at Tianzhu Peak, a nine-level waterfall that drops three thousand feet, and colorful terraces dotted with houses... The air is fresh, warm but not wet, and the mountain springs are sweet.

【Ticket】: 80 yuan, glass bridge ticket 100 yuan, combined ticket 160 yuan

【transportation】:

1. Public transportation (within the city): There are two buses from Suichang to Nanjianyan per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The departure time is 7:30 in the morning and 13:50 in the afternoon. The ticket price is 18 yuan.

2. Self-driving: Get off the highway in Suichang and turn onto Sanji Line to reach the scenic area.

3. High-speed rail: Get off at Lishui Station and take a bus to Suichang

Photography Tips: The scenic area can be entered at 5:30 AM. The Guanyun Pavilion, located not far from the entrance, is a great spot for viewing the sea of clouds. However, please note that sunrise is not possible from this location. Due to the higher mountains to the east, you'll need to wait until around 8 AM for sunlight to reach the terraced fields. The main photo spots are concentrated in the front half of the area, so consider making a round trip there.

I have to say that the scenery of my hometown is really pleasant. The ticket was given as a gift for the event, so I didn't spend any money. However, I was afraid of heights and didn't dare to walk on the glass bridge. I gave up halfway 😂😂😂 It's a pity. There are so many tourists during the holidays.

Once a scenic spot is gated, blockbusters are kept out.

By Let's go Liubao |

We went to Suichang Nanjianyan Scenic Area in late autumn during the rainy season. There was nothing but rain and fog on the mountain, and most of the time you couldn't see anything, but when the fog cleared, it was truly beautiful!

By China-TravelNote users |

Driving on your own requires you to travel a long and winding mountain road, which can easily make you carsick. Experienced drivers say it is not difficult to drive, but the road is a bit narrow, so you have to pay attention to oncoming vehicles.

The scenery is nice, but the glass suspension bridge seems expensive. There are glass plank roads along the way, which you can also experience.

By China-TravelNote users |

On the second day of Nanjianyan's glass skywalk's soft opening, we rushed to visit, but were deeply disappointed. The so-called 5D glass skywalk, which cost a whopping 100 yuan, only had two panels of 5D glass installed, and only one fruit-cutting pattern. We contacted the staff and asked for a different effect, but they told us to call the complaint hotline. We spent so much money to get nothing more than ordinary glass. It felt like a rip-off. Since it's a soft opening, they should listen to more visitors' feedback. The scenic area also hopes to attract more visitors, but how can this attract more tourists? Even though we've been there before, we won't be back, and we won't recommend it to friends. Nanjianyan already has a glass plank walkway included in the ticket price, so there's no need for this deceptive 5D glass skywalk.

There's only one minibus from Suichang Bus Station to the Nanjianyan Scenic Area. If you miss the 7:30 AM bus, you'll have to wait for the 1:50 PM one. The drive is an hour and a half, and it's very convenient for those not traveling by car. The 80 RMB entrance fee isn't too high, and you get so much to experience with the sea of clouds (in the morning), the terraced fields, the glass bridge, the waterfall, and the skywalk—it's well worth the price. The nearby B&Bs are cheaper and more delicious than those in Jinyun. It's also very quiet at night. After waking up in the morning, you can hike 100 meters and then admire the sea of clouds from outside the scenic area. Nanjianyan looks different in the morning and evening, but both are beautiful and worth a visit.

By Xia Yanwu |

Nanjianyan is 1,626 meters above sea level. You need to take their scenic bus to get there. The winding mountain road has nice scenery, but it's a bit hectic. You have to climb up from the top of the mountain and then back to the top. You can see relatively large-scale terraced fields on the viewing platform. If you encounter autumn harvest, the scenery should be even better. There is a glass plank road on the way. Since the height is not high, it is okay. Surrounded by green mountains, the scenery is really good.

By Xishui Wangchuan |

If you visit on a day with good weather and season, the scenery is still worth seeing. There are houses in the depths of terraced fields and white clouds.

The rest is the ordinary mountain landscape, a line of sky, a large slope up and down, a cable bridge, a glass plank road, the glass plank road was newly built this year, you have to wear shoe covers, it is still very clear to see down, there are also protruding rocks on the cliff below, the degree is just right

By Dizzy |

Lishui is the best place to go, it is a fairy place, you will feel relaxed when you go there, away from the big city, just be sure to prepare floral water

By Self-salvation |

Objectively speaking, the 80 yuan ticket price is not expensive at all compared to some of the expensive tourist attractions in China.

Climbing is a big challenge for those with less physical strength. The restrooms in the scenic area are very clean and hygienic.

The drive up and down the mountain road left a deep impression on me. It made me dizzy! Fortunately, there were not many cars when I went there.

Anyway, I felt that it was worth the trip after I went there.

By Nannan |

It is most beautiful only when the sky is bright and the mist is floating

By Summer's Travel Diary |

It's really average. The scenic area is very small. All you can see is the terraced fields. It would be even less interesting if there is no fog.

By Zelong |

Very beautiful, worth a visit. The combination of terraced fields, bamboo sea, waterfalls and stone peaks is just right

By Yifan |

Before setting off, I read recommendations from other people and decided that the most worthwhile spot in Lishui was the Nanjianyan Scenic Area in Suichang. It's not a large area, and the entire trip takes less than two hours. Within the area, you'll find bamboo forests and terraced rice paddies. The weather was perfect, with no clouds or mist at all. The blue fields, white clouds, and green forests create a unique beauty.

By voronin |

A rare and scenic spot with great scenery, highly recommended!

Suichang is a 4A-level scenic spot. Unfortunately, we arrived too late and the fog had already dispersed.

Suichang Nanjianyan Scenic Area is an "International Photography Creation Base" awarded by UNESCO. The Shisuntou Village houses there have unique civil engineering architecture, simple folk customs, strong rural flavor and profound cultural heritage.

The air is great, the treatment is good, and there are not many people visiting, which is also an advantage!

"See the mountains, the clouds, the terraced fields—Nanjianyan is a paradise on earth!" Suichang Nanjianyan Scenic Area is a true tourist destination and a photography enthusiast's paradise! Seas of clouds and terraced fields, grotesque peaks and rocks, lush bamboo forests, cascading waterfalls, alpine wetlands... This diverse scenic area, worthy of being called the Jiuzhaigou of Jiangnan, is a truly breathtaking experience.

By Cat who loves traveling |

Suichang's Nanjianyan Scenic Area, with its sea of clouds, terraced fields, bizarre peaks and rocks, lush bamboo forests, cascading waterfalls, alpine wetlands, and mountain villages, is considered the best scenic spot in Jiangnan. Shuttle buses depart from Suichang Bus Station twice a day: at 7:30 AM and 1:55 PM. While waiting for the bus, two men kept chatting with me, saying that the best time to visit Nanjianyan is summer, when temperatures never exceed 30 degrees Celsius, making it a popular summer resort.

By Biao Biao |

Nanjianyan (prefectural-level scenic spot) is located in the west of Suichang, Lishui City, and is a national first-class photography base. It is 50 kilometers away from the county seat. The main peak is 1,610 meters above sea level. The initial planned area of the scenic area is 6 square kilometers, with 9 major scenic areas and more than 30 scenic spots. The scenic area is lush with trees, bamboos forming a sea, strange peaks standing tall, waterfalls cascading, and there are more than 30 scenic spots. The main landscapes include: Tianzhu Peak, Shentan Peak, Qianzhang Rock, Small Stone Forest, Divine Turtle Exploring the Sea and many other strange peaks and stone structures. The sea of clouds at Nanjianyan is beautiful, but there was no sea of clouds when we went there. However, we saw the sunset and sunset glow, which were also very charming.

Suitable for photography, relatively remote, it takes 1 hour to drive on the mountain road. The scenery is beautiful.

By Aisi |

Nanjianyan Scenic Area. It was raining when I visited, but the rain stopped and the sky cleared. The foliage was vibrant green, and the mountains were lush and verdant. The scenery was breathtaking. Walking through the refreshing mist, you'd walk a short distance, turn a corner, and you'd be greeted by a waterfall, or several waterfalls, cascading down. Beneath the mountain, terraced fields lay in layers, a unique landscape cultivated by farmers in southern China over thousands of years. Back then, all the photos were taken with a compact camera.

Feishiling Scenic Area. The grass is green, the sky is blue, and the streams are particularly clear. Although it has not been fully developed, the scenery is far better than the Canglong Hundred Waterfalls in Anji.

By Star Ocean |

Nanjianyan, the main peak of Nanjianyan Scenic Area is 1,626 meters above sea level. It is surrounded by terraces, bamboo seas, clouds and mists, and waterfalls. Nanjianyan integrates the sea of clouds of Huangshan Mountain, the plank road of Sanqing Mountain, the terraced fields of Hani, the bamboo sea of Jiuzhaigou, the "sea of flowers" of Luoping, the ancient villages in the south, as well as the spectacular flowing springs and waterfalls, strange peaks and rocks. It is like a paradise on earth. No wonder it was awarded the title of "International Photography Creation Base" by UNESCO.

By Idle Clouds and Wild Cranes 2010 |

Nanjianyan, with its main peak at 1,610 meters above sea level, is located in Shisuntou Village, Wangkou Town, Suichang County, Lishui City. It is a National AAAA-level Scenic Area and a National First-Class Photography Base. It is also designated an "International Folk Photography Creation Base" by UNESCO and the China Folk Photography Association.

Having traveled extensively, I've never seen such a diverse array of scenic spots. The Hani rice terraces of Yunnan, the sea of clouds at Huangshan in Anhui, the plank roads of Sanqingshan in Jiangxi, the bamboo forests of Jiuzhaigou in Sichuan... There are also covered bridges, ancient villages, waterfalls, and glass-enclosed observation decks... these captivating landscapes all converge at Nanjianyan.

The scenic area is well-managed and developed. The stone steps are hewn into a rough, non-slip surface, and copper rings are placed on the steep cliffs for handholds. A small path leads down to a quaint thatched cottage hidden away. A sign indicates a restroom, but we braced ourselves for the experience. But when we opened the door, we were met with a flush toilet, tiled tiles, and a washbasin. There's even a smoking area... The entire area combines modernity with a natural beauty.

Located in the heart of Suichang's Nanjianyan Scenic Area, Banling Farmhouse B&B in Dakeng Village offers a tranquil retreat, nestled among ancient trees and offering a tranquil retreat amidst terraced fields and shimmering mist. My father's colleague recommended this place to us, describing it as a dream paradise. Initially skeptical, we finally accepted it as a true paradise. In this historic village, you'll see rows of tightly packed adobe houses, each doorway decorated with vibrant wild flowers. On rainy days, strolling through the stone-paved alleys, the sound of water dripping down your face creates a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Behind the village, fresh air fills our nostrils.

A paradise on earth, picturesque scenery, and the beautiful Shuinanjian Rock.

By Diaspora |

Suichang's beauty lies in its mountains, with attractions like Nanjian Rock, Shenlong Valley, and the gold mines. Our visit to Nanjian Rock boasts a remarkable collection of alpine terraces, seas of clouds, peculiar peaks, bamboo forests, and waterfalls. The road to Nanjian Rock is notoriously difficult to navigate, taking a 40-minute drive from the base of the mountain, and the minibus driver was known for aggressive driving. While the scenic area isn't large, its location, over a thousand meters below, offers expansive views. The steep stone steps carved into the cliff face are particularly impressive. A complete walk around the area takes about an hour, and the steps are quite steep. For experienced hikers, the attractions aren't as impressive as advertised. The terraces and waterfalls are relatively small, and the peaks are unremarkable. However, it still offers some unique charm for city dwellers. There is a small glass platform on the observation deck. Looking down, you may still feel a little afraid of heights. Those who love photography can stay at the top of the mountain for one night (the original price is 80 yuan, and you can get a 25% discount if you buy it yourself. If you stay in a B&B, the owner can take you to buy it, 45 yuan a ticket, and the owner's signature is required on the spot. In addition, those who stay at Nanjianyan Villa should buy tickets at the front desk, and you can enter the scenic area multiple times a day), and go around the scenic area and take photos. Among them, the Copper Ring Steep Road, Longmen Waterfall, Three Peaks Piercing the Clouds and other attractions can be used to take great photos.

Tips: For self-guided tours, there is a shuttle bus to Suichang County every hour from 6:30 to 18:40, with a ticket price of 36 yuan. After that, take a shuttle bus from Suichang County to Shilian Town, which runs about half an hour, with a ticket price of 6 yuan; then there is a bus from Shilian Town to Nanjianyan Scenic Area.

The scenery is nice, but seeing the sea of clouds depends on your luck. The scenery is very complete, but it is a bit remote and it takes time to get there. However, all beautiful scenery will be waiting for you to pursue it in a distant place.

By Dudu Mama |

The main thing is that the scenery is super good. Most of the roads are used by locals in the past, and the narrow path of sky has not been fully developed. There is a waterfall, so beautiful~

By Poria cocos |

I particularly like Nanjian Rock. If possible, I will come back with my friends! The sea of clouds is not the most important thing. Looking at the mountains and ridges, all worries are gone!

By Insects |

It is said to be the most beautiful scenic spot in Lishui, where terraced fields, strange peaks, bamboo sea, etc. are concentrated. It is indeed true after visiting here. I highly recommend it.

By Xiaoyan1124 |

Nanjianyan Rice Terraces are the most beautiful in Jiangnan. Climbing in the morning is especially appealing, as the mountains are filled with white mist, creating a fairyland-like experience.

By YOYO |

The road was very winding and I arrived just when I was about to get carsick. The scenery is very recommended. There are mountains, waterfalls, terraces and bamboo seas. Although I went there in winter when the terraces are dry, I could still get a glimpse of the terraces through the clouds and mist. I couldn't help but sigh that it was a beautiful sight on earth.

By The car god who can't drift |

Very beautiful landscape. Although the whole scenic area is not large, it has its own characteristics. There are terraced fields in the distance, straight peaks, steep steps that require ropes to go down, and a road like a plank road built on the cliff.

By Elf |

The terraced fields in winter aren't particularly impressive, but Tianzhu Peak and Shentan Peak are quite unique. I saw a rainbow at the waterfall. Since we went in the afternoon, we didn't see the sea of clouds either, which was a bit disappointing.

By Big Sword Brother |

Beautiful place, full of freshness!

I didn't want to climb it at first, but the whole way was full of surprises, winding and stretching. The mountains were shrouded in mist, and the scenery was ever-changing.

By King Arthur 8165 |

Nanjianyan in Suichang is indeed a great place. The natural scenery is very beautiful, especially the sea of clouds after the rain, which is even more intoxicating.

By Zenos-Player |

Real reviews from locals:

I can only say that this is the most natural of all the scenic spots in Suichang. I think there are relatively few signs of excavation, which is in perfect harmony with nature. Farmers' lives are simple, with no overcharging and minimal pollution. In recent years, the number of tourists has increased, making the climbs and descents a bit more crowded, and it's difficult to find a spot to take good photos. In bad weather, you can only admire the sea of clouds, but on clear days, you can also watch the sunrise and sunset. Every October, this place attracts a large number of photography enthusiasts, making it a must-visit destination. However, the path up the mountain is quite rugged and a bit difficult to endure.

By Grass head smiles |

It was just after the rain that the sky cleared up and I saw the sea of clouds, which was spectacular. There are many inns on the top of the mountain. The prices are affordable during the off-season and it is very suitable for self-driving.

By Jungshan |

I went there on October 24th. I first went to the Shenlong Valley Scenic Area and then to Nanjian Rock. I personally feel that Nanjian Rock is more unique and has better scenery. The ticket price is 80 yuan.

By Flying Pig |

Nanjianyan Scenic Area is, in my opinion, the most beautiful scenic spot I've visited in Lishui. Many people go there to watch the sunrise, but it's actually quite difficult to see there due to the heavy fog. But why bother watching the sunrise? It's better to see the sea of clouds. A colleague went there before to watch the sunrise and woke up around 5 a.m., only to miss it. When we went, we had heard there would be rain the next day, so we didn't plan to get up early to watch the sunrise and slept until after 8 a.m. After waking naturally, washing up, and having breakfast, we were suddenly struck by a breathtakingly beautiful sea of clouds. From the viewing platform near the ticket gate, you can see the terraced rice fields looming in the sea of clouds. The scenery is so ever-changing that even with a tripod, the view is always different. The entire Nanjianyan Scenic Area is filled with endlessly varied and exquisite scenery. I've climbed many mountains, but this one is so unique and incredibly beautiful. It takes about an hour and a half to explore the entire area, including time to stop and admire the scenery and snap photos.

The nominal price for the scenic area ticket is 80 yuan per person, though there are discounts available when booking through various websites. We stayed in what was essentially the largest hotel on the mountaintop; the others seemed to be farmhouse-style accommodations. The hotel was called Nanjianyan Villa, but I'm not sure of the exact price since I didn't book it myself. Dining is generally more expensive on the mountain than at the foot of the mountain.

In short, Nanjian Rock is a place worth visiting. The sea of clouds is extremely beautiful and it feels like you are floating in the air.

An attraction built around terraced fields! Bamboo, terraced fields.

By Liu Sangen |

In general, it is a leisure place, suitable for relaxation and vacation. There are no magnificent scenery, but the air is very good, suitable for family or couples to relax.

By Domain without boundaries |

Nanjian Rock is still worth a visit. The climate in the mountains changes very quickly. We were also lucky. The weather was clear on the first day, and there was a storm in the evening. The weather was also clear on the second day. We happened to see the sea of clouds and terraced fields, which is also the most worth-seeing scenery there.

It should be more lively if you stay at the entrance of the scenic area. We stayed in Wangjia Village below, a farmhouse at the foot of the mountain in Nanjianyan Scenic Area. The accommodation conditions were not very good, but it was quiet. There is a road in the village that can directly climb to the top of the scenic area, which takes less than 1 hour. I personally think it is more interesting to climb up from the foot of the mountain. Otherwise, the scenic area is very small and it is boring to wander around. There is an intersection on the mountain where people will guard the entrance fee. You can avoid the people collecting the entrance fee by getting up early.

By Ning Meng ご |

It's absolutely beautiful, a pleasant surprise! The drive up the mountain is also beautiful, with a new view at every step. The scenic area starts at the top, then goes down a short loop and back up. It's not very large. There are a few steep sections, so be careful with children. The height is moderate for children. The air is amazing. It's a great escape from the summer heat. A farm stay is a must!

By Tossing the baby |

A relatively mature scenic area with very good scenery. The terraced fields are not inferior to the Yunhe terraced fields. The supporting facilities of the entire scenic area are also relatively complete. There are a line of sky, waterfalls, viewing platforms, etc. in the scenic area. It is definitely worth a visit.

By Carol |

It is a very good place for photographers to shoot. The scenery is beautiful and the air is very good.

By Take a walk |

We missed the golden terraces when we went there, otherwise it would have been even more beautiful! There were fewer people and we had a lot of fun!

By kina |

Looking out over the terraced fields, the scenery is beautiful, and there is even a small waterfall. 🌈 I went there during the National Day holiday, and there were really a lot of people...

By Retired lazy person |

Nanjianyan is a place of lush bamboo forests, towering peaks, and strange rocks. Deep valleys are dotted with gurgling water, cascading waterfalls, and a sea of clouds. Mountain dwellers live there, and terraced fields stretch out in layers. The highest temperature never exceeds 30 degrees Celsius year-round. At an altitude of 1,100 meters, it's a great place to escape the summer heat.

By Moonlight in the City |

As we entered the scenic area, the sun actually peeked out. The best time to enjoy the sea of clouds is when the weather clears up after rain, so we were very lucky. The terraced fields, sea of clouds, and bamboo forests are like a fairyland on earth.

By Xue Heche |

The scenery is quite good. Nanjianyan can cover all the scenic features of Lishui, but they are all a little smaller. There are terraces, waterfalls, mountains and bamboo seas. If you don’t have enough time, you can just visit this place. Shenlong Valley and Qianfo Mountain are basically the same.

By Ding Ding Yiry |

As soon as you enter the gate, you can see a large area of terraced fields, although it is on the other side of the mountain. The ticket includes a bottle of water per person.

The sun shone through the clouds, creating a play of light and shadow that painted the mountains like a rosy hue. Layer upon layer, each layer had its own unique color. The distant seemed shrouded in a veil, appearing and disappearing, while the nearby scenery seemed splashed with ink. Only nature could create such a beautiful landscape painting. No wonder this place is a photography hotspot; I rarely see such beautiful mountain scenery. I excitedly exclaimed, "It's so beautiful!"

This is a truly wonderful place. The owner of the farmhouse is kind and down-to-earth, and the scenery is beautiful, perfect for all seasons. Although I prefer the sight of the terraced fields releasing water in spring, the autumn colors of Nanjianyan during this National Day trip already astounded me. There are many typical views of Nanjianyan online, so here are a few more unusual photos.

The photo was taken while walking down a winding mountain road in the scenic area. I felt that the color of the bamboo had a strong sense of layering. There are really a lot of bamboos in Suichang.

There were quite a few people in the scenic area. We went down first and then up. It took about 2 hours to walk all the way. The terraced fields were really beautiful and spectacular.

I went to Nanjian Rock in the afternoon. The weather was not suitable that day, so I didn’t see the sea of clouds, but I still had my own unique view.

After entering the scenic area and walking down the mountain, you can reach the viewing platform, from which you can see the entire terraced field of Nanjianyan, which is also one of the most worth-seeing landscapes.

The unique topography and landform of the scenic area, cultivated by generations of hardworking people, has created nearly 2,000 acres of high mountain terraced landscape.

The suspended ladder is built along the mountain peak by driving piles. It is quite long. I wonder if the project is difficult. It is quite mysterious to walk on it. I feel empty. What if it collapses accidentally? I dare not lean on the outside.

The entrance to the scenic area is the best place to take photos of the terraced fields. When the garden is full of rapeseed flowers, or when the spring flowers are brilliant, or when the clouds and mist are shrouded, it must be beautiful. However, this is what I saw. At this time, the moisture has not yet settled, and the rapeseed flowers have already withered...

Nanjian Rock is not very big and it takes about 2 hours to walk around it. According to local people, there is basically nothing to see in the summer, but it is still very beautiful in spring and autumn. It’s a pity that I didn’t see the sea of clouds this time. I hope I can come again.

It's the peak tourist season, the scenery is beautiful, and the people are simple and honest, but why are there so few tourists? Brother Xiao Shenyang, why is this?

It is a beautiful place with beautiful scenery and simple folk customs. Although it is not very popular, it is definitely worth a visit.

Great place, very artistic, with different flavors throughout the year, very charming, making people linger

The air gradually became clearer, and the lush trees, bamboos, fragrant grass and wild flowers on the roadside were particularly moist with rain and dew.

It is a very quiet and good place, with a high altitude and good air. You can see the Milky Way at night in summer. The sea of clouds and rape flowers in spring are very beautiful.

We continued on our way. This place was highly recommended by my colleagues. We saw the rice terraces on the way. It was great. I took a lot of photos.

Tianzhu Peak, the essence of Nanjian Rock. The tour route follows Tianzhu Peak downwards. There is no turning back.

Nanjianyan is famous for its views of mountains, clouds and terraced fields. Without further ado, I took a lot of photos of the beautiful scenery here.

Maybe it was because of the weather, the terraces and scenery in the scenic area were not as beautiful as described on the Internet. Maybe my expectations were a bit too high.

We climbed up Nanjian Rock from top to bottom. We were the only two tourists in the whole scenic area. There was a rustling sound of wind blowing through the grass all around us, and the air was filled with the fragrance of grass. Occasionally, a squirrel would scurry past us. This experience was very new to me.

The scenic spot is 4A-level, but it is just a walk around Nanjian Rock and has basically no special features. The original ticket price is 80 yuan, and the National Day discount is 60 yuan, but in my opinion, this attraction is only worth 20 yuan at most. I didn't feel that there was anything good to shoot with my camera. It was really different from the "photography base" I found on the Internet. I was more disappointed than surprised.

The mountains of Nanjianyan are both spectacular and beautiful. They're spectacular because they're a series of rolling hills, overlapping peaks and ridges; they're beautiful because they're not only majestic, but also feature gurgling streams, lotus ponds, and small bridges and houses. I love this place even more because it's free of crowds, noise, or the hustle and bustle of hawking; everyone is focused on the scenery.
