Orlando is a tourist resort city. The Disney here is different from other places in the world. It is called Disney World because of its huge area. Other places can only be called theme parks. It is said to be half the size of Singapore, so it is impossible to play all of it without a week.

I chose Animal Kingdom because it has the world's best ride, Avatar, which took me two hours to queue up for. Compared to the crappy Disneyland back home, visitors are allowed to bring their own water and food into the park, and the food sold there is much more affordable than outside.

The park is so big you have to drive in, and parking is $22 a day, which is a pain... Subway? There's no such thing as a country on wheels!

The Avatar is super realistic. The alien creature simulation stuff I saw in the Avatar laboratory is super interesting. I don’t know how it was made, haha.

The second most fun thing about Animal Kingdom is the Dinosaur Journey, which I think is much more fun than Universal's Jurassic Adventure. The ride in a jeep, with its combination of sound, light, and 6D movies, was thrilling. Even sitting in the front row, far left, I was still sweating.

Since it's called the Animal Kingdom, there are naturally animals. There's a huge safari park inside the park, which you can enter by car. If you're staying in a Disney theme hotel, you can see the giraffes in the zoo by opening the balcony door in the morning. On the way, we encountered an African rhino crossing the road. It was so huge. It was the first time I saw it so close.

The lake was frozen over that day, and the blue sky, white snow, and bright sunshine made the scene look like a postcard. We walked out onto the frozen lake to watch people fishing on the ice. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I scheduled Animal Kingdom for the first day for no other reason than I got a Fastpass for Avatar! This is where I'll let me laugh out loud: Hahahaha!!! Anyone who's ever gotten one knows how hard it is to get one. Getting one is a miracle. After booking my Disney hotel, I casually opened the app, clicked on Animal Kingdom, and the first available Fastpass that showed up was Avatar! Without thinking twice, I quickly grabbed all five Fastpasses with trembling hands, my eyes trembling with doubt. I still remember how I felt at that moment. Even after I got it, I thought there must be a bug, either the date was wrong or the event was mixed up. I couldn't believe it was The Avatar...

Animal Kingdom is divided into five lands: Discovery Land, Dinoland USA, Asia, Africa, and the newest addition, Pandora - The World of Avantar.

Each park typically has one or two popular attractions. We recommend doing your research before grabbing a Fastpass and grabbing the three most popular ones first, leaving the second tier for later. Generally, try to schedule the first three Fastpasses to end before noon, so you have time to grab the afternoon ones. However, be sure to check the map beforehand to plan your priorities to avoid detours. Of course, with the exception of Avatar, you can skip the timings and order of the attractions as long as you can find them. However, Pandora actually has two attractions: the aforementioned Avatar Flight of Passage, and the Na'vi River Journey, both equally worthwhile. While the Fastpass for this one isn't as popular as Avatar, it's still important to get in early, and the on-site queue is generally around an hour.

After enough sightseeing, we headed to Pandora—The World of Avantar—to finally face the ultimate boss. I won't spoil the details here, but you absolutely have to experience it yourself. Especially in the evening, when the twilight shrouds everything in a dazzling array of multicolored lights, it's truly breathtaking, like being on another planet. At that moment, I envied those who live in Orlando and can come whenever they want...

After buying your Disneyland tickets, keep checking out the Avatar FastPass. I got one the day before entering, and it felt like I'd used up all my luck! I ended up playing Avatar twice in an hour and a half, making my day! If you don't have a FastPass, get in line early in the morning or around 7 PM when it's less crowded. I booked a FastPass at 6 PM, and afterward, I wanted to go again, so I queued up. I was delighted to see the movie set set up inside, and the line wasn't long either. Ultimately, my second experience was even more enjoyable!

We drove straight into the jungle in an off-road vehicle with no windows or glass, connecting me to the atmosphere. There were no cages or nets around the animals, and I never understood how they prevented us from getting hurt. While we kept a decent distance between the vehicle and the animals, it still looked quite dangerous. Fortunately, the carnivores all looked well-fed.

It really seems a bit more refreshing without the "barriers." I saw several giraffes, so cute and adorable! There were also two cows, I don't know what breed, fighting head-on! There were also lions, elephants, and the flamingo I remember from my childhood. Overall, it was just okay.

All activities revolve around the large tree at the center of the park. Animal Kingdom's most famous and thrilling ride is Expedition Everest. I actually felt okay after riding it, considering its positioning is different from the pure thrill-seeking approach of Happy Valley. The massive pickup truck in the Kilimanjaro Journey ride has a Death Race vibe. Throughout the ride, you'll encounter a variety of animals native to the African savannah. At dusk, even the roadside birds "get off work" and return to rest in the trees. By almost 7 p.m., we'd finally exhausted nearly every attraction in the park. While I'm not particularly drawn to the generally younger Disneyland theme parks, Animal Kingdom is quite appealing to someone like me who's loved animals since childhood, and today's experience was truly satisfying.

Orlando Disneyland is the largest Disneyland in the world and consists of five major parks. You can buy tickets for each park separately or buy a package. Another option is to buy tickets plus accommodation in the park, which is more cost-effective.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh Avatar!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I feel really connected with my banshee!!!

By Su Tingyun |

We woke up early to get in line for the Avatar flight... Since we were staying at a Disney hotel, we had early Magic Time admission to Animal Kingdom that day... We definitely had to make the most of it! (We'd originally planned to get up at 6:00 AM to be among the first group in, but that definitely didn't happen.) We arrived around 8:00 AM, and by then, the crowds were already incredibly crowded. Once inside, it was easy to follow the crowd (everyone was heading in the same direction), and the line was incredibly long. But thankfully, we got through in about an hour. It was absolutely amazing! This attraction is definitely the top attraction of our trip to the Orlando theme parks! If I ever go back to Orlando, I'll definitely make a special trip to Animal Kingdom to do it again! Absolutely amazing! Unbelievable! So beautiful!

We had pre-booked the rafting, snow mountain roller coaster, and Safari ride at Pandora. While waiting for the roller coaster ride, we went on the dinosaur ride (it was just average, with a forced sense of horror, and it felt uninteresting). The snow mountain roller coaster was closed due to a malfunction, so we queued for another roller coaster in the dinosaur area. It was a cup spinning and a children's roller coaster. I quite liked it, but my classmates said it was boring.

I love Pandora the most... I've played it three or four times. I love riding the little dragon...

By Small Garden |

Disney's Animal Kingdom is the equivalent of the zoo at Disney World. Before Pandora's arrival, Animal Kingdom was often overlooked in many travel guides.

If you don't see the latest guide to Little Garden, you'll definitely miss out on the coolest attraction in Disney history: A! Vanda!

Avatar Flight:

The atmosphere begins to build from the moment you enter the game. As the chosen one, the player must connect with the Avatar, complete the contact with the Na'vi, and then start riding the Thunder Winged Beast to fly across the beautiful Pandora.

This ride required wearing 3D glasses and riding a mount that simulated a winged beast. I thought it was a roller coaster like the "Tron" ride at Shanghai Disneyland, about to burst forth, and I was nervous. But once the countdown finished connecting, I took off and was instantly greeted by a breathtaking view! It should have been a giant screen in front of me, but with the 3D glasses, it felt like the real Pandora. The winged beast carried me through leaps and dives, and when it landed on a precipice, I could even feel its breathing! It all felt so real!

After the project was over, I studied the ride carefully and found that the Winged Beast mount had no slide. In other words, we didn't really move during the whole ride. It was just the Winged Beast mount that simulated the movement. However, combined with the visuals, it really gave me a sense of weightlessness! Amazing!

In fact, similar 4D projects have always been good at Universal Studios, but Avatar really surpasses all of Universal's classics. Maybe it's because it's new, the technology and screen resolution are more advanced, the picture is more realistic, the details are very good, and the sense of immersion is super strong.

AK has six parks: Discovery Island, Africa, Asia, Dinoland USA, Oasis, Pandora

Discovery Island is the area with the giant tree that is the symbol of AK

Africa has a strong African atmosphere and there is a Lion King show here

The Asia area is full of Tibetan style, including the Everest Snow Mountain Roller Coaster that I will never forget.

Dinoland USA has many attractions for children, including the Finding Nemo show.

Pandora Avatar is a newly opened park in recent years and is extremely popular

By Veri Berri |

It wasn't popular before, and many people who couldn't play in all four parks would give up Animal Kingdom.

The Pandora area opened in 2017, and Avatar's new Ride Flight of Passage definitely has the potential to be ranked first among the four major parks.

By Ruse |

Guys, please go to the newly opened Pandora Park in 2017 to play the Avatar ride! I really can't describe it, the 4D is so real! It's so exciting! I waited in line for 120 minutes and I went twice

By Blazing |

The route and style of play in Animal Kingdom are quite flexible. It's divided into various zones, based on the animals of each continent. I recommend exploring the African zone first, as it's quite crowded and requires a queue. The scenery is modeled after the Serengeti. As the sightseeing bus traverses the grasslands, you can see a variety of wild animals, some quite timid, like giraffes, while others are quite friendly, like bighorn cattle. We didn't see any lions or cheetahs, as they were asleep. My daughter was disappointed.

Although it is also about seeing animals, it has to be said that Disney's conception, design, and park layout are all very thoughtful. Every aspect is well organized, and the tourists are also very orderly. This is probably one of the reasons why Disneyland in the United States is so popular.

By Little Bear from the Arctic |

Animal Kingdom, as the name suggests, is a place to see animals.

Recommended projects:

Expedition Everest (the most thrilling roller coaster in both parks)

Kilimanjaro Safaris (you can see wild animals by car, which should have the longest queue in the park)

Pitfalls: (Not worth the long wait)

Wildlife Express Train (I originally thought this was for viewing wildlife, so I took it, but it turned out to be just a small train that went around in a circle and stopped at a station. You could see a few monkeys when you got off, but it wasn't much to see)

It's Tough to be a Bug (We saw a long line at the beginning of the 3D movie and grabbed a fast pass for this attraction. We found it to be extremely boring. And the movie is about bugs, so those with trypophobia or a fear of bugs should be careful! Anyway, we complained all the way out after the movie.)

By White grass against the wind |

There were hardly any animals in the zoo, as I didn't take the SUV to Africa. However, I did see the Lion King and Finding Nemo performances, which were fantastic and moving. The actors were very dedicated. I had a great time.

This park is perfect for seniors. The outdoor roller coaster, rafting, and wildlife viewing are thrilling and highly recommended. The barbecue is also delicious and very cost-effective.

A very unique courtyard, combining Disney and a zoo. I guess you can only see it in Orlando Disney

By Handsome |

It's good in all aspects, but I feel that the interactivity is not strong, it's pretty good

By Charain |

It's very unique. Not only can you see the animals, but the feeling of being on the grassland is also great. And the roller coaster is awesome.

By Gray Panda |

I think the Animal Kingdom is just average. The tour route is not long, but the park is quite large. You can take an off-road vehicle to visit the wild park. The 4D movie "A Bug's Life" is really good!

By Snow-Proud Plum Blossoms |

This is a world-famous animal kingdom with many rare and precious animals.

By Picun Rabbit Seedlings |

I have been to all four Disney parks in Orlando. This park ranks second in my opinion. The projects inside are all good and it is not that crowded.

By leilei |

This animal world is a bit like a combination of a zoo and an amusement park. I like riding a small off-road vehicle to see all kinds of animals. It is very beautiful. I will definitely take my baby there when she grows up.

I personally think this is the best theme park. Expedition Everest is a must! Expedition Everest is a must! Expedition Everest is a must! I can't say this enough! Expedition Everest is super thrilling! My parents and I rode it once, and then the Single Rider ride four more times! I always go there whenever I have time! Be sure to wear waterproof clothing to this park; the Kali River Rapids will definitely get you soaked! This park also has so many exciting attractions. I highly recommend it!

Parking is free when staying at a Disney hotel, and you can visit one park per day. The Animal Kingdom is not big, so you can finish visiting it in most days.

By manzini |

There are many wild animals in it, and the scenery is beautiful when you take a cable car tour.

By Monkey is full of positive energy |

I still remember the driver yelling in a strange voice, "Animal Kingdom!" There were so many little animals! And there were even thrilling roller coasters! So much fun!

By endless83 |

One of Disney's parks is animal-themed. The 4D movie "A Bug's Story" in the Big Tree Cinema was incredibly realistic. The Himalaya roller coaster has a reverse section, which is absolutely thrilling. You can also ride the ride to see the animals and listen to their explanations, which is fantastic.

By Sexy spot! |

It ranks second among the four parks and is very suitable for taking children. There are many animals and they can broaden their horizons. The 5D reptile show is very realistic. However, the park closes early, around 5 o'clock, which I think is also considering the animals' daily routines.

By ★The wind in the wind☆ |

I can't praise it enough. Personally, I think this is the most worthwhile of all four Disney parks. The adventure buggies keep you inside while the animals wander around. It's hard to tell if you're watching the animals, or if the animals are watching you. Many people think this park is just for kids, but it's actually incredibly fun and perfect for adults.

By Seattle Mumu |

The highlight was the Himalaya roller coaster, which added a storyline to the thrill. The characteristic African and Asian architecture was another highlight. The Lion King song and dance performance was pretty good. I heard the Finding Nemo musical show was also pretty good, but I didn't have time to go.

By chubby |

Animal Kingdom was the first park we visited. The sun was especially bright that day! It was a great experience, and we saw lots of different animals. The park was quite quiet. The animals were all recreating the African savannah. There was a dinosaur house inside, which was quite interesting. There were little roller coasters for kids to play with outside the dinosaur house. The vegetation in this park was very lush and green. It's a bit small, though. We had planned to visit it all day, but it ended up taking only half a day. So, I don't think it was worth the price. However, it was definitely not crowded. Finally, there was a Lion King show, and we had to wait in line to get in.

By Pandas in Chengdu |

It was a thrill to ride an off-road vehicle to see the tropical animals. Taking a photo with Donald Duck in the restaurant was like stepping back in time.

By Gio. |

Everyone has played in the zoo a few times, but you have never walked into a world like a tropical rainforest.

By Sweet and sour pork ribs for those who love sugar |

Both Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom are child-friendly. As the name suggests, these parks are animal-themed and a full day is enough to explore. They're large, and you can ride a car to see the various animals roaming the savannah. They also have a fantastic lazy river roller coaster with plenty of surprises!

By Geya |

If you think going to Disneyland as an adult is childish, you're wrong.

Disneyland is definitely not just for children, but for everyone who has childhood memories.

When you step into this place, you will forget all the unpleasantness in life and be moved by the innocence and romance here.

By Xier |

The Animal Kingdom is actually quite fun, and children will probably like it more. I also recommend going there, and it feels different from the ones in China.

By Fat Penguin |

I have to praise this park. The name is really ordinary, but the rides are really exciting, especially the rafting. It gave me a bath and I had to go back to the hotel to change clothes. And the EXPEDITION EVEREST roller coaster is no worse than MK's. It's really great. I did it with wet clothes, and my T-shirt was dry when I got off. Of course, there are all kinds of rare animals in it. It's very interesting. The children like it very much.

By Age of Innocence |

Above each passenger seat is a picture of an animal and its name, which is a thoughtful touch. The many man-made animal footprints on the road are very interesting and reflect Disney's attention to detail.

By Full Moon in the West Tower |

I guess most people who go to Orlando are young people in their early twenties, who think the zoo is childish and don't want to waste time there. But after actually going there and experiencing it, it is really worth the trip.

By I am Wang Xiaohuan |

It's basically a zoo, but it's well designed. It has not only animals, but also some shows and roller coasters.

By Liangliang is on the road |

We bought four-day tickets for two people at Disneyland for over $600, which averages out to $70 per park per day. Animal Kingdom feels more like a park than Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure. Walking around and watching the shows, and doing the Mount Everest climb at night was incredibly thrilling!

By Two Rabbits |

This is my favorite of all the Disney parks in Orlando. I initially thought Animal Kingdom was just for kids, but the Himalayas ride is my favorite at Disneyland. I booked it twice in a row. Animal Kingdom has animal-themed shows and rides, and the Lion King show is a Disney staple; if you haven't seen it, you absolutely must see it.

Also, at Animal Kingdom, the Disney characters were dressed up in their keeper costumes, which was super cute. Even though I had already taken photos with them in other parks, I still had to take another one here. Many of the souvenirs from Animal Kingdom were only available here, and I never saw them again when I went to other parks.

By yolo |

It's great. As usual, many animals should smell bad, right? Disney handles it very well. Not only is there no smell, but the air inside is also so humid. A stream of air with a slight disinfectant hits your face, and the air humidity is very comfortable.

By Fire |

Disney's Animal Kingdom is the first park dedicated to animals and their conservation. Here, children can gain a comprehensive understanding of nature and ecology through watching films, fostering a broad perspective on life.

By Chela |

Many people think that the Animal Kingdom is definitely boring, but in fact, this park is very fun, especially the roller coaster. We rode it three times and still couldn't get enough. The other projects are also good.

By Asami-Mio |

I took a photo with Donald Duck and Goofy here! I highly recommend the Lion King performance! The actors' acting and singing were top-notch, and their warm smiles were truly heartwarming!

By small intestine |

Personally, I think it is the most thrilling park in Orlando Disney. I still remember the roller coaster project in Himalaya~~

By Alex P. |

Personally, I think Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park is the least interesting of the four major theme parks. If you go, try the Kali River Rapids, a popular attraction in Asia. Take a circular raft down the river, and you'll be transported to a mysterious rainforest, drenched in mist, a turbulent river, Southeast Asian ruins, and the smell of logging camp fireworks...

By NihaoMao |

It's nice to spend a day visiting Hollywood Studios together. It's not as good as the domestic zoos in terms of the number of animals, and they are all so far away. The parade is quite interesting. There is a big tree in the middle, and the ant 4D movie under the tree is also good.

By Moe on Haroro's Sock |

My favorite park! Everest! Finding the Nemo, Lion King, and Turkey Leg! The beans on the side are so delicious! And the chicken salad!

By Ivan's travels |

Disney allows three Fast Passes per person per day. Our strategy was to check the Disney app a day in advance to see which rides had the longest lines. We then went to those first upon entering the park, saving our Fast Passes for the less popular ones. Wi-Fi was available throughout the park, so we could easily change our Fast Passes anytime, anywhere using the app.

By Jing Hanliang |

It was my first time to get so close to animals and enjoy them without any obstacles. It was very exciting and fun.

By ╲_⊕忄幸礻 |

Another recommended African off-road vehicle project is whitewater rafting. The whitewater rafting here is not very exciting, but it will make you wet from head to toe.

By Sweet and sour pork ribs for those who love sugar |

I recommend the roller coaster and the car ride to see the various animals on the prairie! One day is enough, and the itinerary will be very fulfilling.

By Xia Xia is on the road |

It is said that the park covers a very large area, with animals from all over the world gathered, and there are musicals such as The Lion King

By pauline |

We headed to Animal Kingdom with ease—the largest of Disney's four parks, spanning over 500 square feet. It's also the first park dedicated to animals and their conservation, with seven zones spanning the size of five Magic Kingdoms. So, with the previous day's experience as a lesson, we did our homework beforehand, ensuring we wouldn't be caught unprepared!

This time, with the preparation from the night before and the clear free map at the door, I had a much better time. The garden was divided into several areas, each with a theme.

By Snow Princess |

AK closes at 5 or 6 pm at the earliest. MK and Epcot have fireworks every night, so the closing time is

It is relatively late, usually around 9 o'clock. The closing time varies every day. You can refer to the introduction table of the day.

Since it was the first day, we didn't want to be too tired, so we went to the Animal Kingdom. Xueer was very happy to see so many different animals.

Sometimes he tells Mommy to look over there, sometimes he tells Mommy to look over there. The elephant is the theme of Animal Kingdom.

Maybe it is the newest park in Disneyland.

I haven't seen this park yet, but I highly recommend it because there's an item where you can queue up to ride a car to see the animals.

In addition to watching animals, there are also other wonderful sights and performances in the Animal Kingdom.

In August 2013, my daughter and I went on vacation to the United States.

Very fun, highly recommended

Disney's Animal Kingdom was also quite fun. We headed straight to the Africa section and the Kilimanjaro Safari. We waited in line for five minutes to see all sorts of African animals, which was pretty good. The giraffes were incredibly beautiful, and it felt so nice to be free. We wandered around the parks afterward, and thought the 3D movie "Bug" was particularly good, as was the Dinosaur Adventure. Finally, we challenged ourselves to ride the Expedition Everest.
