We're flying New York-Hong Kong and then on to Hanoi the next day. We have 19 hours between flights and will stay at a hotel close to the airport. Do we need to be at the HK airport for the Hanoi flight to check-in, check luggage and go through security three hours in advance or would we be good with two and half hours?
