Snow Mountain Blue Lake, a Fairyland Secret

📍Travel Tips:
A hidden snow mountain secret along the China-Pakistan Friendship Highway, at an altitude of 3600 meters but with the overwhelming presence of a 7000-meter peak! The reflection of Muztagh Ata, the "Father of Snow Mountains," shatters into thousands of sapphire fragments on the lake surface, and the clouds floating above the deep blue water look like cotton torn apart by immortals. It is recommended to shoot between 4-7 PM when the light softens the mountain edges and the lake shows a dreamy Tiffany blue.

🚗Transportation Buff:
Charter a car from Kashgar and drive 3 hours along National Highway G314. You will pass through Hongshan Canyon, so remember to bring your border pass! It’s recommended to combine this with Baisha Lake for a one-day tour. Off-road vehicle parking fee is 30 RMB per person.

📸Photography Tips:

1. On the eastern rocky beach, you can capture a triple composition of snow mountain + lake + prayer flags.
2. Bargain to 20 RMB per session for photos with Kyrgyz white yaks.
3. Carry glucose oral solution with you and be cautious of altitude sickness when taking jumping shots!

🏔️Hardcore Experience:
Stay in a Kyrgyz yurt (150 RMB/night), wait for the starry Milky Way at midnight, and watch the sunrise turn the entire lake red in the early morning. Mutton pilaf with brick tea is a magic remedy for altitude sickness, but remember to move slowly and don’t get excited and jump around like a marmot~
