📍 Nusa Island – Tirta Empul Temple (Sacred Water Temple)

This trip, we chose both nature and spiritual paths, starting with Nusa Island (Nusa Penida), located southeast of Bali. It takes only about 45 minutes by speedboat from Sanur to reach this paradise island with turquoise waters contrasting dramatically with the cliffs 🌊🌿

📌 Nusa Penida:
The highlight is Kelingking Beach, the famous dinosaur-shaped cliff. Anyone coming to Bali must snap a photo here.
Broken Beach and Angel’s Billabong are also stunning beyond words, and photos look like postcards.

The sea is so clear you can see the fish 🐠 and of course, you can snorkel to see manta rays too!
After filling our hearts with nature, we sought peace by visiting the sacred water temple, Tirta Empul Temple 🙏

This Hindu temple has a holy spring that Balinese people and tourists worldwide come to cleanse their sins and enhance good fortune by bathing in the pools and praying at various spots 💧

🌿 The temple atmosphere is very serene, with a gentle incense scent and soft chanting sounds that truly soothe the soul.
If you want to experience inner peace or believe in the power of nature and sacred things, this place is a must-visit!

Prepare a sarong or you can borrow one at the temple.
If you want to bathe in the pools, bring swimwear or a change of clothes.
Respect the place and local culture.
