🦆Wuwei Salted Duck: Made with Chaohu teal duck, smoked then braised with 30+ ingredients including star anise and peppercorns for unique umami;
🐟Prosperity Stinky Mandarin Fish Pot: Uses the plumpest cuts of two mandarin fish, fermented for richer flavor, topped with lettuce symbolizing career success - a customer favorite;
🐓Cao Cao Chicken: Free-range chicken stewed in claypot with beef tendons, marrow, oxtail and pork trotters for hearty, aromatic goodness;
🍲Li Hongzhang Hotchpotch: Among Huizhou's Top 10 dishes, similar to Buddha Jumps Over Wall, simmering abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw and premium ingredients for nourishing richness;
🥘Hu Shi Premium Pot: Another signature with pork belly, tofu puffs, abalone and mushroom slices in flavorful broth;
🫓Huizhou Taguo: Like northern stuffed pancakes, filled with preserved vegetables - a specialty of Hu Shi's wife Jiang Dongxiu for guests;
