Summer Holiday and Citywalk in Beijing

China's summer school holiday is here ! Flew over to Beijing during this period for a short getaway.

Do take note of the summer traffic as locals tend to have land tours this period with their kids .

Booked my DiDi ride conveniently but couldn't send me direct to 前门 as streets near 天安门 were cordoned off and traffic redirected over the summer crowd. Ended off site and used Google navigation app instead to find my way around the impressive city.

The malls in Sanlitun, Wangfujing and Xidan were packed and shoppers crowded every POP MART outlet to get their fav toys (me too) in addition to enjoying the Air conditioning lol.

Passed by MUJI Hotel and 北京坊 during my walk about xoxo

Overall, a hearty city walk and good cardio.
