Cafe Bae, located in Bucheon, is a place where you can enjoy a carefully prepared brunch in a sensual atmosphere. Here, you can taste Eggs Benedict and Prawn Risotto as their signature menus, and both menus were more satisfying than expected.

Eggs Benedict is a menu that harmoniously combines poached eggs, bacon, and soft hollandaise sauce on top of a crispy-on-the-outside, moist-on-the-inside English muffin. When you cut open the poached egg, the yolk flows out and all the ingredients mix together, and the rich yet deep flavor is really impressive. It was served with fresh vegetables, so I was able to enjoy it cleanly without feeling greasy.

I was also really satisfied with the Prawn Risotto that I ordered together. The creamy texture of the risotto is filled with plenty of chewy shrimp, and the savory flavor comes alive with every bite. The subtle addition of truffle oil gave it a luxurious flavor. The deep flavor of the mushrooms and the softness of the risotto blended well, making it a flavor that made me want to keep eating.
