Nothing compares to waking up in Cappadocia, where the sky becomes a playground for colorful hot air balloons. My stone cave hotel was carved into the hillside, cozy and warm despite the early morning chill. I stepped onto the terrace with a cup of Turkish tea just as the first balloons began to rise. The soft hum of the burners and the glow of sunrise over the fairy chimneys created a scene straight out of a fantasy. Later, I explored the valleys on horseback, passing through ancient churches hidden in rocks. The people were kind, the food comforting, and the silence of the desert magical. Cappadocia is more than a destination — it’s a memory etched into your heart.
