🍧 Chengdu’s Hidden Gem for Shaved Ice & Fluffy Soufflés 🥞 Cute & Delicious!

Found an amazing Japanese-style dessert café in Chengdu – Xinghui Bingguo – where the shaved ice, ice cream, and desserts are all incredibly tasty 😋

There are two locations ✌🏻: one near Taikoo Li, and a larger, vintage-style one at Huaxi Ba, full of cute toys! I had been craving their soufflé pancakes 🥞 for ages and finally got to try them after a few visits 😭

🍓 Mixed Berry Soufflé Pancake
Soft, fluffy pancakes 🥞 that are as light as clouds ☁️. The cream is rich yet not too sweet, with fresh strawberries 🍓 and blueberries 🫐 – absolutely delicious! The portion is generous, but note it takes 30 minutes to bake fresh.

🍵 Matcha Parfait Cup
A must-order! Rich, slightly bitter matcha 🍵, paired with cornflakes, chocolate rings, and chewy mochi balls. Huge and satisfying – a dream for matcha lovers!

🍨 Mango Milk “Mount Fuji”
Super fine, fluffy shaved ice topped with salted milk foam, fresh mango 🥭, and coconut jelly – refreshing and not overly sweet at all.

The desserts are as adorable as they are tasty 😋 – not just a flashy “trendy” spot. Perfect for a fun afternoon with friends, snapping pics and enjoying sweet treats 📷. Tip: arrive early if you want the soufflé pancakes! ✌🏻
