Silver Shine & Temple Time

#summervacay (Quick heads up, Wat Sri Suphan is actually in Chiang Mai, Thailand, not Hong Kong 😅 But no worries, here's the review!)

Okay so, Wat Sri Suphan is not your average temple, this place is shiny, silver, and straight-up looks like something out of a fantasy movie. Every inch of it is covered in shiny metalwork, like, walls, roof, even the dragons guarding the entrance are full-on silver bling. Super detailed too, with carvings of Buddha, animals, and symbols everywhere. It’s wild.

It’s tucked in a quieter part of Chiang Mai, so it’s not super crowded, and the peaceful vibes totally hit. At night, the whole temple lights up in these dreamy colors and looks even more magical.

Only catch? Ladies aren’t allowed inside the main ordination hall (thanks, old traditions), but you can still walk around and take it all in from the outside. There’s also cool workshops nearby where they teach silver carving, which is neat if you’re feeling artsy. Definitely one of the most unique temples I’ve ever seen!
