One of the highlights of taking a trolley from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai is to see the works of art masters. It's truly beautiful❗️, so worth it😍

Like the Sagrada Familia, it's still under construction, seemingly endlessly😂

White represents purity, and glass represents wisdom. Paired with the azure sky, it's incredibly beautiful in any photo. The White Temple symbolizes heaven, so don't look back. There are many hands of hell carved next to the bridge leading in. I was worried my child might be scared, but she quickly walked past it😅

Photos are not allowed inside the main hall. There's a wax statue of a senior monk. Removing shoes inside is a sign of respect. The only magnificent golden building is a restroom, symbolizing the importance of treating money like dirt. What a clever metaphor🤣
There are also some eerie human heads hanging from the trees. Some are quite humorous, like Marvel characters or movie characters.

The tour guide said there are over 10,000 temples in Chiang Rai, and over 20,000 in Chiang Mai. They all focus on worshipping... Buddha Shakyamuni
Devoted religious faith comes from the heart.
Every man must become a monk at least once in his life, for at least three days.
