Destination: Chongqing (main city + surrounding areas)

Total budget: ¥4000 per person (including transportation, accommodation, meals, tickets, and local commuting)

High-speed train second-class round trip about ¥350-500 (discounts often available for early booking)
For longer distances, special airfares can be chosen (Spring Airlines often offers ¥400-600 round trip)
Local transportation (Chongqing’s unique terrain relies on a combination of walking + metro + taxis):
Metro + bus: ¥5 × 4 days = ¥20
Taxi/ride-hailing: essential for climbing slopes and hills, emergency use ¥200
Special transportation experiences (included in content cost):
Yangtze River Cableway one way ¥20 (scan code to go, no queue)
Liziba Light Rail passing through building viewing platform: free
