When you mention Nami Island in South Korea, I'm sure many people think of the romantic tree-lined streets, right? πΏπ But where do most people actually take photos when they visit?
β¨ Popular photo spots on Nami Island:
Ginkgo Tree Road π (During fall, the leaves turn golden yellow, so beautiful! It's like something out of a TV series.)
Meta Sequoia Pine Road π² (You can take photos in any season, but in winter, when the snow covers the area, it's truly breathtaking, just like in the TV series Winter Sonata.)
Winter Sonata Statue π₯° A must-see for couples. This is a must-see spot for couples.
Lawns and waterfront π² (Some people rent bicycles to cycle around the island and stop to take photos of the waterfront.)
Art Space & Cafe on the Island β There's also a cute cafe here where you can stop and take some chic photos.
π Highlights of Nami Island
Romance that changes with the seasons β
Spring πΈ Cherry blossoms
Summer π³ Bright green, perfect for picnics
Autumn π Yellow ginkgo trees and red maples
Winter βοΈ White snow, just like in Korean dramas
There are activities to do, such as cycling, mini trains, and boating, all offering a variety of different experiences.
It's a small island that's easy to walk around without getting too tired.
π How to get to Nami Island
1. From Seoul, take the ITX train from Yongsan or Cheongnyangni Station to Gapyeong Station (about 1 hour).
2. From Gapyeong Station, take a shuttle bus or taxi to Nami Island Pier.
3. Take a ferry across to the island (about 5 minutes). Or, if you're feeling adventurous, there's also a cable car/zipline. π

If you had to choose just one must-see spot, would you want to take a photo with the golden ginkgo trees or the romantic sequoia trees, just like in a drama? π²π
