Dalian, China_The best restaurant for sea urchin dumplings🥟💕

This is a restaurant called Siding in Dalian, China, and it is the Seonghae Square branch~!
The location is right next to Seonghae Square, so it was good, and it was even better because I could eat while looking at the wide square view!! The sea is right in front of Seonghae Square, so that was also good :)

From the entrance to the store, the staff held the elevator for me, and when I went up to the second floor, the staff on the upper floor guided me to my seat! They even pulled out chairs for me, so I was very kind, and they gave me tea and a cup to drink, and I could warm the kettle with a candle next to me so that it wouldn't get cold! They also served peanut side dishes, which were really delicious~~

The first thing I ordered was the sea urchin roe dumplings and cream shrimp, which were really, really delicious, and I also ate the soup with rice grains like scorched rice, regular dumplings, and pudding~! The sea urchin roe dumplings were really luxurious, and they were full of sea urchin roe, and the flavor and aroma were so strong that it was even better when I ate them while they were warm!!!! The cream shrimp sauce was delicious, so it was a food that I kept thinking about until the end of my trip!👍🏻

It was a restaurant with a bit of a price range for Chinese prices, but the taste, service, pretty interior, and view were really, really good, so it was a satisfying meal😊
