This time I went to Foshan Blue Coast Silver Bay Restaurant to find the authentic Shunde taste, and I was not disappointed! The restaurant is elegantly and comfortably decorated with spacious seating, perfect for gathering with friends and family or enjoying a meal with a few good friends. This time I mainly tried Shunde's famous sashimi, breast pigeon and fried fresh milk. They are all high quality and affordable. I sincerely recommend them to you!
Shunde Sashimi
Full of freshness, the pieces of fish meat are crystal clear, tender and no fishy taste, with crushed peanuts, ginger, spring onions, etc., the taste is super rich. After eating one plate, I immediately wanted to order more!
Breast pigeon
The signature breast pigeon has thin and shiny skin, and is super juicy in the mouth. It's not tough at all. The meat is tender and fragrant in every bite, and it is even more delicious with a little pepper and salt.
Fried fresh milk
The crust is golden and crispy, and the fresh milk filling is super smooth. It melts in your mouth and has just the right amount of sweetness. Definitely a classic dessert in Shunde, you won't regret ordering it.
Restaurant environment
The environment is beautiful, the floor-to-ceiling glass looks out to the river view, the seating is comfortable and not crowded, perfect for a group of people to slowly sip and talk.
💡 Practical tips
The sashimi needs to be fresh enough to be good. It is recommended to go early or book a table in advance. The product is stable and the waiter service is quite courteous. Fried fresh milk and breast pigeon are available in limited quantities. If you want to eat, you have to order early.
