While traveling in Fukuoka, I stumbled upon 📍**Kyousushi (京寿司)**. It wasn't a fancy sushi restaurant, but it had a clean and warm atmosphere.
Opening the door, I was greeted by rows of sushi, handcrafted by skilled artisans, behind a tranquil counter. 👨🏻🍳✨

From flounder to salmon, tuna, and even eel—authentic sushi that showcases the freshest ingredients 🍣.
With each bite, the rice crumbled softly, and the subtle aroma of the fish wafted through my mouth, leaving me breathless.
The eel sushi, in particular, had a moist texture and a sweet soy sauce that made me want to come back for more. 😋

After dinner, I strolled through the night streets of Fukuoka, visiting nearby Don Quijote and Gacha Shop. 🌃
The uniquely Japanese leisurely atmosphere felt in the quiet streets lingered, just like the taste of Kyousushi.
