A famous buckwheat noodle restaurant loved by locals in Gapyeong

During my recent trip to Gapyeong, I wanted to try the best food the area had to offer. As a buckwheat noodle lover, I visited a place renowned as a local favorite. From the entrance, it had all the vibes of a great restaurant. Here, you eat the noodles dry, like a mixed dish, and then pour broth over them to enjoy. It was delicious!

But what really stood out was the mung bean pancake—it was as good as pizza and absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!
