Bonjour from the Hills: A Fairytale Stroll in Colmar Tropicale

#gentingtrip

During my trip to Malaysia Genting, I made a scenic detour to Colmar Tropicale, a charming French-themed village nestled in the cool highlands. The architecture instantly caught my eye—beautiful pastel buildings with wooden beams, cobblestone walkways, and a grand entrance tower that made me feel like I’d stepped into a storybook. Even though it was a bit cloudy, the atmosphere felt calm, cozy, and perfect for a peaceful walk.

I took my time exploring the alleys, snapping photos at every corner because every spot looked so unique. The view from above was my favorite—looking down the lane with colorful rooftops and little cafés lining both sides was like a postcard come to life. This village is such a nice break from the busy city, especially if you’re a fan of European vibes without leaving Malaysia. Definitely a must-visit for your next Genting day trip!
