Markets!!! Definitely try fresh fruit from one of the market stalls! There are so many of them that there is no need to look for it, you just step out of the hotel and you will see people selling fresh produce in the streets!

Try local Pho, Banh Mi and Salt coffee ( they were my favourites)

Go to the train station to see the train pass by.
