I went to this restaurant, which is not famous.

A restaurant with friendly young staff.

Bun cha, which is said to be popular in Hanoi🍜

It was a dish like tsukemen, with rice noodles, something like a hamburger steak grilled over charcoal, carrots, cucumbers, sweet and sour sauce, and herbs!

And crispy fried spring rolls.

We shared the two dishes between two people, and the complimentary banana filled us up just right!
