This time I visited this Hong Kong-style hot pot place 🐮 Hao Niu 🐮😍 The interior decoration is very distinctive👍 I especially love the Hao Niu mural on their wall☺️ Perfect for taking photos and checking in😆 The seating and table space are very spacious, so even if you order a lot of ingredients, there’s plenty of room without any worries🤭

For the soup base, I chose the popular Fish Maw Rich Chicken Soup😎 The soup portion is generous, with a whole half of a San Huang chicken😍 It’s not greasy, and the meat tastes rich and fragrant, with tender and smooth texture👍 The staff even help cut the chicken into smaller pieces☺️ The soup also contains high-quality ingredients like monkey head mushrooms, goji berries, and dried scallops, making the broth even more delicious😋

For hot pot ingredients, the must-try is the Hao Niu beef platter😍 It includes top sirloin, beef neck, beef tenderloin, and short ribs✅ The color is bright and rosy, with evenly distributed marbling that’s not too fatty👍 Beef lovers must order this☺️

If interested, you can also try the beef brisket and beef heart top😆 The texture and flavor are very special🤭 The chewiness is excellent and flavorful🤗

For chicken lovers, be sure to order the tender chicken slices and Hua Diao chicken wings😎 The former is tender and delicious, while the latter is marinated with Hua Diao wine, making the wings even more tender✅ Perfectly paired with the fish maw soup base👍

There are also high-quality ingredients like crispy grass carp slices, jumbo crab sticks, fresh shrimp and chive wontons, fried fish skin, and more✅ All are generously portioned and super tasty😋 Truly not to be missed🤤
