Today I went to a Japanese-style izakaya in Tsim Sha Tsui - Nanying Seafood for dinner.
Nanying Seafood's sashimi and grilled dishes are excellent, especially the Kora-yaki and sea urchin roll, which are amazing!
Tōyō Five-Point Platter $368
The daily platter includes salmon, yellowtail, red shrimp, scallops, and surf clams, all thickly sliced and very fresh.
Crab Miso Kora-yaki $78
A must-order signature dish! The crab paste is rich and sweet, mixed with quail egg and crab meat, bursting with layers of savory flavor.
Karaage Fried Chicken $88
The skin is crispy and the meat juicy, tastes better with mayonnaise.
Sea Urchin Crab Roll $228
A must-try for sea urchin lovers! The combination of sea urchin and crab meat is fresh and sweet without bitterness, with shredded crab meat adding texture, and the vinegar rice ratio is just right.
Yellowtail Sashimi $118
The fish oil is rich with a slight sourness, very fresh.
Seafood Salad $88
Generous portions of salmon, crab roe, and vegetables, fresh and tasty!
Tuna Mince Rice Bowl $208
Plenty of fish mince, fatty tuna belly, rich umami flavor, and the vinegar rice is appetizing.
