Hong Kong Foodie Visit: Beef Master Taiwan Hot Pot All-You-Can-Eat in Tsuen Wan

Summer Chill Hot Pot | Beef Master "Summer Coconut Festival"

Last Friday night, I went with friends to Beef Master Tsuen Wan to enjoy the "Japanese Black Wagyu A4+ All-You-Can-Eat" buffet. They recently launched a limited-time "Summer Coconut Festival" with a touch of Southeast Asian flair, which we had to try.

🫕 Broth
The highlight of the "Summer Coconut Festival" is the two coconut-based broths: the Laksa Coconut Midsummer Pot combines the spicy aroma of laksa with the mild coconut fragrance, perfect for cooking meats or seafood; the other side is the Papaya Coconut Chicken Pot, which is sweet and flavorful, gentle and refreshing. These two broths are exclusive to the Summer Coconut Festival, making it a perfect summer treat!

🥩 Meat
The star, of course, is the A4+ Japanese Black Wagyu, with beautiful marbling that melts in your mouth after just a few seconds of light dipping—tender and not chewy, definitely worth ordering again and again. The Iberico Black Pork Shoulder is surprisingly fresh and sweet; the Australian M9 Wagyu Beef Balls are bouncy and juicy, holding their own without being overshadowed by the Wagyu.

🦪 Seafood
The seafood platter is fully loaded: whole abalone, scallops, oysters, eel, and more, all fresh and sweet. The biggest surprise is the all-you-can-eat abalone, especially the traditional drunken abalone, which combines the aroma of wine with fresh, tender abalone—best served chilled for a refreshing taste. The fresh abalone is incredibly tender and sweet, unlimited and delicious! The juicy and sweet sand clams are also highly recommended.

🍢 Cooked Dishes / Snacks
Golden Coconut Shrimp Balls are crispy and light, not too greasy, and dipping them in mayonnaise makes them creamier~
The sake-marinated tender beef tongue is rich in flavor and chewy, a distinctive snack.

🥤 Summer Coconut Festival Special Drinks + Desserts
Besides the special broths and snacks, the "Summer Coconut Festival" also offers cocktail specials: the [Iced Lemon with Coconut] is sweet and sour, very appetizing; the [Coconut Milk Mango Delight] lets you enjoy the sweetness of the fruit bits. It really gives off that chill Southeast Asian vibe~

For dessert, the [Coconut Milk Taro Cubes] come with a cute little umbrella, quite charming. And don’t miss the Mövenpick coconut ice cream—you’ll want to eat several servings to get your money’s worth.

For dinner, the "Japanese Black Wagyu A4+" set also includes free unlimited alcoholic lemon-flavored Highballs, ice-cold and refreshing.

Who would have thought hot pot in summer could be so chill? Makes me want to travel to Southeast Asia right away to enjoy the sun and beach!
