【Hong Kong】You can enjoy homestyle traditional Taiwanese cuisine in Causeway Bay!

Besides Tang Lung Street, Causeway Bay actually has another food street hidden on Jardine Street, right opposite Hysan Place. There is a Taiwanese restaurant called Lao Cuo Bin, which means "Old Neighbor," specializing in traditional Taiwanese dishes: definitely try the braised pork rice, salt and pepper chicken, and winter melon tea.

I believe these three dishes truly express the original flavors of Taiwan: the salt and pepper chicken is served hot with crispy skin, the braised pork rice has a balanced mix of fat and lean meat, and the winter melon tea is light with a hint of sweetness, perfectly matching "Lao Cuo Bin's" longing for traditional tastes.
