If you’re exploring Causeway Bay in Hong Kong, don’t miss the opportunity to dine at Inoshishi, a cozy izakaya that brings the flavors of Japan to life. Owned by Chef George Kwok, this modern eatery offers a delightful array of small bites perfect for sharing.
What to Expect
Delicious Small Plates: Indulge in a variety of dishes, including mouthwatering kushikatsu (deep-fried skewered meat) and kushiyaki (grilled skewers), all crafted with fresh ingredients that highlight authentic Japanese flavors. The restaurant also offers omakase option at a reasonable price at around HK$500 per person, so make sure to check it out. (However, do not that the omakase option takes around 2 hours.)
Inviting Atmosphere: With its warm and relaxed vibe, Inoshishi is the ideal spot for a casual night out with friends or a family gathering. The friendly staff enhances the experience with exceptional service.
Late-Night Dining: Open from 5:30 PM to midnight, Inoshishi is a perfect late-night destination for those craving delicious food and drinks after a day of exploring.
Reservation: It is advised that you make a reservation because this restaurant is such a popular spot. Walk-ins can only dine for an hour i.e. cannot choose the omakase option :(
