A Relaxing Western Restaurant DINELAND

Visited a chic Western restaurant Dineland last night, filled with garden landscape design and outdoor seating, away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxing and unwinding 😊

There is a dining area outside the restaurant😍 The environment is quiet and elegant, with both outdoor and indoor seating. Although the indoor space is not large, it is stylishly decorated in gray and features an open kitchen, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

🥗 Today's Starter - Smoked Salmon Salad
An appetizing starter, the smoked salmon is moderately salty and fragrant, paired with fresh green salad leaves, really nice～

🥣 Today's Soup - Pumpkin Soup
The soup is pumpkin soup, or you can add $48 for French lobster bisque/porcini cream soup. The pumpkin soup is very creamy, rich, and layered with a strong pumpkin flavor, served with warm wheat bread and butter, absolutely satisfying my taste buds.

🍝 Freshly Shaved Black Truffle Scallop Fettuccine $198
Rich and smooth, black truffle is always my favorite. The slices of black truffle are super fragrant, the scallops are large, thick, and sweet, the fettuccine is chewy and smooth, exuding a strong aroma of black truffle and cream, each strand coated with sauce. This dish is delicious and highly recommended!

🍝 French Red Wine Braised Beef Cheek Pappardelle $188
The beef cheek is tender and soft without being tough, fully infused with the rich red wine sauce, very flavorful and collagen-rich. The pappardelle seems handmade, with a nice chewy texture. The red wine and herbs make the whole dish sweet and aromatic.

🧡 Foie Gras Toast (+$78)
Pan-seared foie gras is crispy on the outside, soft and rich in texture, combined with crispy toast at the bottom, fresh and green, drizzled with balsamic vinegar, creating a balanced taste.

🧡 Tiramisu (+$30)
The dessert tiramisu is freshly made daily, with distinct layers and an ultra-smooth, rich texture, definitely worth trying!

🍋 Iced Lemon Tea
The iced lemon tea has a lemon fragrance and is not too sweet, very refreshing.
