Golden brick tofu, with a salty crispy exterior and a soft interior. You must order the preserved Spanish Iberico pork char siu, the best char siu I've had recently, perfectly balanced fat and lean, with a sweet honey glaze. Both soup options are very nourishing: crab meat bird’s nest soup, packed with bird’s nest in every bite! Almond juice fish maw with vegetable hearts, featuring a large piece of fish maw! The main course includes steamed chicken with lotus leaf and fragrant herbs, tender chicken with a hint of lotus leaf aroma; Kung Pao shrimp balls, sweet and mildly spicy, perfect with rice. For rice and noodles, we chose olive vegetable ginger egg white fried rice, fragrant and delicious, couldn’t stop eating the whole plate. Their aged tangerine peel red bean soup is smooth, sweet, and delicious; if you want something refreshing and to cleanse the palate, try the mango pomelo sago.

This visit was truly a pleasant surprise, and at this price point for a five-star hotel Chinese meal, the value is excellent. Next time you want Chinese food, give Sheraton Taoyuan’s Cai Yue Xuan a try.
