A recycling journey from "bottle" to "thread" 🌍♻️

Have you ever thought that the usual recycled plastic bottles,
It can be "worn" on the body;
And your recycled old clothes are making room for plastic bottles?

I went to Rethink at the exhibition.
After seeing the exhibition by Good Nature Environmental Co., Ltd., Eco Hope.
Learn more about plastic recycling, the journey from “bottle” to “line” recycling!

✨ From "bottle" to "line" reconstruction journey
1️⃣ Collection and sorting: Recycled plastic bottles are separated by color,
Clear bottles have the highest value!
2️⃣ Broken cleaning: Plastic bottles are crushed into "plastic fragments" and cleaned.
3️⃣ Hot melt granulation: plastic fragments melt into "recycled polyester granules" (rPet).
4️⃣ Drawing yarn: rPet heats the yarn, turning it into fine "recycled polyester fiber" and spinning it into yarn.
5️⃣ Spinning and fabrication: rPET yarn woven into fabric, dyed,
Cut and sew to become a T-shirt on my body!
(A T-shirt takes about 3-5 recycled plastic bottles)

Through this innovative technology, every plastic bottle can be ushered in
‘secondary life’, converted into reusable materials .
It's environmentally friendly and reduces waste, which is very meaningful 🥰!
