Try the amazing Hongdae BBQ restaurant again 🥩

🇰🇷 For dinner in Seoul, BBQ 🍖 is quite famous and popular!

But BBQ restaurants are becoming increasingly innovative, and the sheer number of options can be overwhelming 🤣

So I chose Shin Mapo Seagull, which I'd visited before the pandemic. Their meat selection includes beef, pork, sausage, pork rind, and their signature heart-shaped pork.

They also offer bibimbap 🍚 cold noodles 🧊 for main courses.

Orders are placed on a tablet, with menus in Chinese, English, and Korean.

The staff will first serve the side dishes, then top them with the classic egg wash 🥚 (cheese and kimchi can be added to your preference). The side dishes are free and unlimited.

The sambal pork is quite tender and relatively non-greasy.

The cold noodles are springy and generous 😎

For example, the grill pans used are changed depending on whether the meat has been marinated. The exhaust system is excellent, and there's no BBQ smell when you leave. 😌
Note that some meats require a minimum order of two.
