We had an amazing two-day trip to Kuala Lumpur, staying at Sleeping Lion Suites—a modern and comfortable hotel in a great location. With just two days, we made the most of our time exploring the city’s top landmarks.
Day 1: Iconic Landmarks & City Views
• KL Tower – Started the day with panoramic views of the city from one of the tallest towers in the world.
• Petronas Towers – Walked around the stunning twin towers, an iconic symbol of Malaysia.
• Merdeka 118 – Admired the world’s second-tallest skyscraper, a true architectural wonder.
• Independence Square (Dataran Merdeka) – Explored the historic heart of Kuala Lumpur, surrounded by colonial buildings.
Day 2: Cultural & Religious Landmarks
• Batu Caves – Visited this breathtaking Hindu temple inside a limestone cave, famous for its giant golden Murugan statue and colorful stairs.
• Thean Hou Temple – Ended our trip at this beautiful Chinese temple, offering stunning architecture, peaceful surroundings, and a great view of the city.
Getting Around
We used Grab for transportation, making it easy and convenient to move between locations.
Kuala Lumpur is a fantastic city blending modern skyscrapers with deep cultural heritage. Two days were short but well spent! Highly recommend visiting!#kualalumpur
