Back from Lianyungang, honestly don't recommend going in June-July because it's just too beautiful

Let's go see the sea in Lianyungang!🌊 This city nestled between mountains and sea is perfect for vacation! The 3-day 2-night itinerary covers both mountain and sea scenery while enjoying seafood feasts, with the bonus that all attractions are conveniently close together!

🚗 Itinerary
Day1:
📍 Liandao Scenic Area
Must visit Dashawan and Sumawan beaches! Dashawan has vast soft sand, while Sumawan is less crowded with prettier views. Take the sightseeing train (¥20) to save energy. Avoid seafood restaurants in the scenic area - better eat back in the city.

📍 Zaihaiyifang Park
Free seaside park, perfect for sunset photos! Great for beachcombing at low tide🐚

Day2:
📍 Huaguoshan Mountain
Must-see spots: Water Curtain Cave and Yunü Peak. Take cable car up (¥50 one-way) and walk down. Watch out for monkeys👜

📍 Yuwang Scenic Area
Like mini-Jiuzhaigou! Cool waterfalls perfect for summer water play💦 Bring spare clothes.

Day3:
📍 Haiyun Terrace Mountain
Stunning mountain-meets-sea views! Best visibility in morning for panoramic city views🌤

📍 Lianyungang Old Street
Preserved Republic-era architecture, great for photos. Try the famous fried dough sticks and tofu pudding.

🦀 Food Recommendations
✅ Hongming Seafood 369 (Xugou branch): Popular local seafood spot with good prices
✅ Xiaowu Liangpi Noodles: 20+ year old shop, amazing cold noodles with roujiamo
✅ Laohaibian Pancake: Must-try local snack - crispy and fragrant

💡 Practical Tips
1. Prices are high in Liandao Scenic Area - bring snacks/water
2. Huaguoshan cable car stops at 4pm - plan accordingly
3. July-August is peak season - weekdays are less crowded
4. Strong UV by the sea - don't forget sunscreen!
