🇵🇹《Portuguese flavor in an old house in Macau》My first visit to Pedro Portuguese restaurant

🇵🇹 Pedro Portuguese Restaurant
📍No. 38A, Macau Shopping Street
🕰 11:30–22:30

🧺At the beginning, hot bread and Anchor butter were served. The bread was soft and elastic. It was ordinary when eaten alone, but it was good to dip it in shrimp oil.

🦐The oil of the garlic shrimp balls was quite fragrant. The olive oil and garlic were fried well. The shrimps were fresh and chewy, not fishy, and the overall seasoning was just right.

🍖The lamb chops (forgot the name of the dish) were medium-rare when they were served, but they were a bit raw when cut. We asked the waiter to help us grill them again. After grilling, the skin was slightly burnt and the aroma was more obvious. The taste was strong but not too salty, and the French fries were also crispy.

🥩The beef short ribs (forgot the name of the dish) were generous in portion, thick and oily, tender but chewy, just right for three people to share, the fries were also well fried, with lettuce on the side, the overall combination was balanced.

🥗The salad was basic, refreshing and without extra seasoning.

🥦The white blanched cabbage was boiled whole and then split, the portion was quite large, and the taste was natural.

🍹For drinks, I ordered Mojito, which was refreshing and not sweet. The other bottle of juice was sweeter, and it was smoother after adding ice cubes.

🌿The restaurant environment is quite special, each floor has a different style. We sat on the third floor that day, the light was good but a bit stuffy, if the weather was a little cooler, it would be much more comfortable.
