Chasing Sakura at Nara Deer Park

#cherryblossom25 Nara Park, located in Nara City, Japan, is renowned for its population of approximately 1,400 free-roaming deer, considered national treasures and messengers of the gods in Shintoism. Visitors can interact with these deer, feeding them special “shika-senbei” crackers sold throughout the park. However, during the autumn mating season, some male deer may exhibit aggressive behavior, so caution is advised.
