Todaiji Temple in Nara, Japan is a world-famous Buddhist temple and one of the most important historical sites in Japan. The highlight of Todaiji Temple is the world's largest wooden building and the Nandaimon Gate, a large entrance gate in traditional Japanese architecture. Inside, there is a large, strong and solemn guardian statue.
