Holding the clogs on his fingertips, he stepped on the waves. The Ryukyu red-dyed yukata was blown into lantern sleeves by the sea breeze. The photographer set up a reflector in the intertidal zone. The golden sunset passed through his hair, stretching the shadow on the coral sand into a slender shape. When the waves passed over his ankles, the incense stick fireworks burst into blue and purple stars, and the shutter just captured the arc of the flying hem. 🎇
As the dusk deepened, the team lit handheld cold fireworks, and the silver-white sparks poured like the Milky Way. Professional lamps cast soft light behind the reef, and the side profile was dyed with honey halo, with the background of the gradient indigo sky and blooming chrysanthemum-shaped fireworks. The most surprising thing was that when the shutter was pressed, a night heron suddenly flew across the frame, and its wings turned into a poetic afterimage in the long exposure. 🕊️
This deserted beach hides the breath of summer in Okinawa - the salty sea breeze mixed with the smell of gunpowder from incense and fireworks, the star sand stuck to the hem of the yukata, and the fleeting sense of fantasy that permeates the air after the fireworks are extinguished. 📸
