Wonderful Experience, but Choose Your Booking Platform Wisely

The stay was fantastic, and the staff there are exceptional, yet I advise against booking through Make My Trip. They charged me and provided an invoice for a deluxe water villa, but then used Agoda to book me into a more economical beach pavilion. During check-in, I encountered an issue that Make My Trip did not resolve, failing to amend their mistake by paying the property for the deluxe water villa. This led me to wait five hours in the heat, after which I settled for a lower-quality room. The property managers mentioned that this was a recurring problem caused by Make My Trip with other guests as well. I'm uploading photos of both the booking and the amazing property. Enjoy the place, but steer clear of using Make My Trip for reservations.
