Wat Mahathat, Ayutthaya, is a temple that attracts a lot of interest from foreign visitors, who often come to take photos and admire its beauty.✨
Wat Mahathat, Ayutthaya, held great significance during the Ayutthaya Kingdom era. It was the site where the Buddha's relics were enshrined at the heart of the capital city. Moreover, it served as the residence of the Supreme Patriarch at that time. However, the temple was later destroyed during the second fall of Ayutthaya.
