Merlin Kitchen brings the traditional Phuket cuisine to the first floor of the Phuket Merlin Hotel, ready to welcome tourists and Phuket residents alike. Enjoy authentic vegetarian dishes with local flavors and friendly service. The restaurant is renowned for its authentic local dishes, including vegetarian pork, pickled vegetables, mixed vegetable curry, vegetarian fried fish, the four great masters (fried vegetarian dishes), mixed vegetables, and more. New dishes include Hong Kong Jia Lan and steamed Klong Ngae tofu in soy sauce.

Merlin Garden is also located in a commercial building at the corner of the hotel entrance. A la carte dishes include Pad Thai, Hokkien noodles, vegetarian shrimp paste fried rice, sukiyaki, fermented bean curd rice, pineapple fried rice, southern-style fried rice, vegetarian drunken spaghetti, and many more.
