A Stroll Along Qingdao's Zhanqiao Pier

Walking to Zhanqiao Pier, even on non-holidays, the area is bustling with visitors. It's no wonder this is one of Qingdao's top ten must-visit attractions. Flocks of seagulls gather, and with the low tide revealing rocky beaches, crowds of people are busy feeding and photographing the seagulls. The seawater is crystal clear and a vibrant blue. Despite the sunny skies, the temperature is quite low, and the strong sea breeze makes it chilly, leaving one shivering in the cold.

Strolling along the coast to Tianhou Temple and then back to Zhanqiao Pier, the sunset and evening glow create a mesmerizing scene. Lingering by the seaside, if not for the biting cold wind, it would be hard to leave.
