Sapporo 🇯🇵 Michelin ramen plus Tabeog ramen 100 famous restaurants, don’t you want to try it?

I found that many of the best ramen restaurants in Sapporo are hidden under the building. This 56-year-old miso ramen restaurant is unique. The soup is like miso with dandan noodles, but it is one of the few miso ramen restaurants I can finish. The most special thing is that it actually adds scrambled eggs. The chewy and fragrant noodles are good enough to be in my top three Sapporo ramen restaurants (at least 20 bowls), and even the top five in Hokkaido (50-60 bowls).
