Sapporo legit stole my heart, even though I went in summer instead of the iconic winter wonderland vibes! 🌨️ But TBH, summer here is NEXT LEVEL—everything just pops with color and energy and the city feels sooo alive.
Getting from Sapporo Station to Odori Park is a breeze. The route is basically a straight shot, so you can't really get lost (and don’t worry if you do—there are tons of signs to point you in the right direction). As you walk toward the park, you’ll pass by the super impressive National Building and a bunch of summer pop-up stalls serving izakaya goodness. The outdoor dining scene is buzzing and totally unmissable for anyone craving a taste of Sapporo Beer in the chill evening vibes. 🍻
Odori Park (Address: 3 Chome Odorinishi, Chuo Ward, Sapporo, Hokkaido 060-0042, Japan) is open all day, every day—so you can vibe any time you want! This spot is perfect for lazy strolls, grabbing yummy street snacks, or just soaking in those vibrant summer feels.
Pro tip: Right by Odori Park, you’ll find the iconic Sapporo TV Tower (it’s Insta-worthy!), and the classic Clock House is just around the corner, too. Seriously, this area is packed with must-see landmarks—all in one walkable neighborhood.
If you’re in Sapporo during summer, don’t sleep on Odori Park. The city shines just as bright outside winter, so get your camera ready and go explore! ✨
