This was my first time visiting the fusion restaurant "온6.5" (On6.5) with friends. Known for its innovative Korean cuisine, they skillfully incorporate traditional kimchi into various ingredients, creating a stunning culinary experience. "6.5" represents the optimal cooking temperature for kimchi, ensuring its freshness and unique flavor. Definitely worth a try!

Before dinner, the restaurant thoughtfully offers a welcome drink and canapés. The refreshing sweetness paired with the delicate canapés, made with sweet potato mousse and kimchi, is truly unforgettable. The menu is regularly updated with new dishes to keep things fresh and exciting. For larger groups, we highly recommend ordering one of each dish to fully experience their creative cuisine—you won't be disappointed!
