GOODBAI was established in 2021 by Bai Jingting and is located in Shanghai. Staff at the entrance control the number of people entering. On a holiday afternoon, the wait to get in is about ten minutes. They sell clothes, shoes, keychains, and dolls. Many of the keychains and dolls are already sold out. Overall, the style is quite cute.

Next to the store is GOODBAI CAFÉ, which offers coffee and some light snacks. There is only a seating area for resting, with no tables for dining. Next to the café counter, there are also clothes and hats on display. The crowd here is a bit smaller than in the store.
