If you're visiting Shanghai, one dish you absolutely must try is the crab noodles. There are plenty of options to choose from, including local eateries, Michelin-starred restaurants, and other famous spots. The place I chose is a local restaurant popular among the Chinese, and it gets very crowded during lunchtime. The special noodles in Shanghai are incredibly delicious and have a wonderfully chewy texture. If you visit, you definitely have to give it a try. I can confidently say that Shanghai is full of amazing food!
