Stay at Haoze Xiruidi in Shenyang, and the best part is "you don't have to go far to capture both sides of Shenyang"—one side is the bustling city center, the other is the poetic old town.

#Travel itinerary
Since it was impossible to go directly to Baekdu Mountain from Qingdao, I took a morning flight to Shenyang and then took an overnight train to Baekdu Mountain. This was my one-day trip from Shenyang at the time.
When you exit Shenyang Station and go down to Exit C, there is a luggage storage locker. I used the smallest car and it cost 2 yuan per hour.
First, I went to Zhongjie, the bustling area of Shenyang. Zhongjie is a great place to eat and shop. There are also alleys with a strong Chinese feel, so it's nice to look around. I went around to get some street food and entered a store with a lot of locals. It turned out to be a spicy soup restaurant. The ingredients were set, and I could only choose the size and additional toppings. I added ramen to the small size, so it was 16 yuan in total.
Second, I went to the most famous palace in Shenyang. The palace is a Qing Dynasty villa. It's closed every Monday. I went on a Monday, so I couldn't go inside. There were a lot of people wearing Qing Dynasty clothes and taking pictures around the palace.
Thirdly, I went to Sonam Catholic Church. There are many people taking pictures in front, so I highly recommend it. It costs 10 yuan per picture, and they sent me both before and after editing.
Next, I went to Chaejeonta Night Market. It is at the end of the long night market where you can see the TV tower. I bought fried squid and blueberry yogurt here. They cost 20 yuan and 13 yuan respectively.
Lastly, I went to the bustling area in front of Shenyang Station. There are many places to shop here, such as Miniso and Walmart.
