Shenzhen, my favorite place to visit.

Walking into Crab & Painting, I was immediately captivated by its ambiance. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows create a full atmosphere. The interior features an elegant new Chinese style, both refined and grand!

🦀 Their specialty is live crab feasts, and the live snow crab set for two ($1388) is incredibly cost-effective. The crab broth seaweed steamed egg is tender and delicious; the snow crab meat salad, with the graininess of buckwheat and the sweetness of crab meat, is refreshing and not greasy; the snow crab steamer, steamed on-site, retains the original flavor of the crab; the grilled snow crab legs, with a golden crispy exterior, have firm and bouncy crab meat inside; the crab roe rice, with golden thick crab roe poured over rice, is so addictive you can't stop eating; the crab roe baked pumpkin crab treasure, with sweet pumpkin and tender crab meat that melts in your mouth, gets more delicious with every bite!

🎨 Additionally, their original famous painting aesthetic dishes are a must-try. The 'Lady with Flower Hairpin' uses carefully carved tuna belly and sea bream, very exquisite; the 'Shenzhen-Hong Kong Landmark Map' uses sea urchin and sashimi to accurately piece together the landmarks of both places.

💃 The nightly 'Dance of the Auspicious Crane' is also spectacular, with live performances in the lobby from 18:50 to 19:10, where dancers in green ancient costumes gracefully dance. In private rooms, there's a solo performance from 19:20 to 20:50. Gather your friends and don't miss out, or you'll regret it!
